Nishna Varma: The Barkery is a dog bakery in New Delhi that provides 100% natural, gluten free and preservative free treats, cakes and cupcakes, made with human grade ingredients for all the dogs! Our products have been approved by dogs all over India since the last 3 years! I have 2  dogs - once of which is allergic to wheat and the other is a fussy eater. When searching for healthy treats in the market which were free of chemicals, I found none. That's when I started baking for them and eventually started The Barkery to make sure that all the fur babies eat healthy! Anuraag Fulay: There have been thousands of books written about what it takes to be successful in business, and a thousand more about achieving success in life as well. However there are a few things which make you stand out. If you want to separate yourself from that crowd, you need to learn how to manage your own fears- fear of failure at the top. You're going to need money. However, that doesn't necessarily mean you need to have a lot of it when you're just getting started, but more importantly understanding how finance works and how to use your money to grow in the smartest way. Invest in people more than in material things. They stand with you in difficult times. last but not the least "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade" is a great example of using leverage to move your business forward.and make sure that people who dont have lemons buy the lemonade from you. Thats the key to success.
