So initial days were quite tough for me as well but as I already told you, my father stood by my side as a rock and I crossed this hurdle successfully. Apart from this I had to face some difficulties because of my very young age. I was just a teenager when I started it. So, while some people praised me for being young others didn't take me seriously. I had to prove myself time and again in order to be there in the market. Even I want to open a brand with my first name, 'MIR' and make it famous like any other world famous brands. We provided them with free samples, built their confidence with the actual results, and little by little the company started to grow with the confidence of doctors and our patients. What do 5 years down the line look like for Bakson Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd? In the coming 3-5 years it is my aim to bring homoepathy products to the masses. Homoeopathy medicine should be the first line of treatment and prevention in households. Today our throat aid or tonsil aid should be a remedy kept for every single child for sore throat and pain. I want homoeopathy medicines on the counter and make homoeopathy a household name and we are working towards it. I see a very beautiful future for homoeopathic products with the newly implemented law where an allopathy pharmacist doesn’t need a homoeopathy license to sell ayurvedic or homoeopathic medicines. 6. If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be? I always say this to my students, my children, or anyone for that matter, don’t run after instant success. Start from a smaller scale, make a good quality base first, and never compromise on the quality. Another piece of advice I would like to give is that be honest with yourself and your practice. Your conscious should be clear, money is secondary, the quality you give to your customer, and the service you give is primary. Don’t be unethical in your manufacturing or business practice. Don’t claim unnecessary results, it not only defames your company, and your product but also defames science.

I started with the first few videos and with the feedback that started pouring in the comment section made me realize that I can actually bring a positive change not just in businesses but in the whole social environment. While working in corporates, I started with a YouTube channel named “Peepoye” in 2016 with a mission of uncovering the hidden. During this time one more thing happened and that is the growth that we saw on our channel and for sure my process transformation and consulting experience was helping unknowingly as i did understand YouTube algorithms way better than most of the youtube creators in the space do as i do data analytics for everything i do at a much deeper level including some scientific models around creation of audience avatar which many creators or influencers don’t even get to. So what happened is when I mentioned the same in some videos, i could see many YouTubers who were doing even better than me started approaching me to understand YouTube and improve in their niche.     Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Chirag Bansal: We started with the intention of doing a small experiment. The experiment was to operate a boutique hotel at a very remote location in the mountains. The genesis of the experiment was the desire to do something in the mountains so that one gets a chance to experience them fully. That experiment went well. Since then we have been evolving based on the gaps and insights that we are identifying during the course of business. While operating a boutique property, we realised that there are many such beautiful properties which are not been able to reach the right audience. Therefore, we took the road to become a marketing partner of such boutique experiential properties. One major challenge that we realised during the marketing and selling of those boutique properties was how can we help people to discover those properties. As accommodation is just one component of a holiday and there are other components as well - selection of destination and activities at the destination; And the whole holiday planning starts with the discovery of the destination. In order to solve this problem, we started building our own platform to provide a solution for a complete holiday. It is a platform to discover and book experiential holidays. We have already spent about 2 years ideating and designing the platform and we are expecting it to go live in the next couple of months.
