1. How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

I worked in a variety of professions in Australia before founding the moving and packing company. Then I noticed numerous flaws in the moving industry, such as how consumers couldn't receive high-quality moves for the amount they were paying. This inspired me to create CBD Movers, my own moving business, in 2009. The idea behind this company was to offer customers the highest-calibre services at the most competitive rates. With this attitude and a commitment to providing the finest, CBD Movers quickly gained a solid reputation among the public.

I started my business with merely a truck and two employees; later, when more people began to value our services, we began to thrive. Currently, CBD Movers has a fleet of more than 150 vehicles and a sizable staff of packers and movers.

2. What are the various services provided by CBD Movers?

I initially only offered basic house moving services, but as we gained more exposure, we expanded to offer a wide range of services, such as office relocation, furniture moving, interstate moving, storage and warehouse facilities, packing and moving, pool table relocation, piano moving, and our premium quality packing supplies if any client has specific needs.

3. What makes CBD Movers different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

I, Deepak Mandy, am the company's Managing Director and have been in the moving business for 20 years. This distinguishes CBD Movers from other businesses of a similar nature. I am someone that people look to for a fresh viewpoint and solutions to problems, whether they be social or professional. I have a solid understanding of the moving industry, its systems, and its procedures, which gives me the advantage to dominate a worldwide market as an influencer and entrepreneur while passing along the same recipe to others so they can easily copy and paste it. Aside from that, I want to draw attention to two aspects in particular:

1. How we assist individuals in having the greatest moving experiences. To carry out the relocation procedure effectively, we are utilising cutting-edge technology.

2. Eliminating the stress associated with moving is our passion, and we strive to offer unmatched moving experiences. We take care of every aspect of our clients’ relocation, from packing to unpacking all of their belongings.

4. What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

In my opinion, the main problem for every company is to continue operating while maintaining the original concept. It's a struggle for survival. Additionally, we are working to establish a positive corporate culture. In the beginning, we had a lot of difficulties since we lacked the resources to meet the demands of our clients when they came up with odd requests. We were eventually able to resolve that issue and improve our infrastructure to ensure that no client was dissatisfied with our offerings.

Additionally, we make sure that everyone in the team is aware of the problem at hand. I think the whole idea of survival is very strong, and once it is realised by the team members, everyone works towards it at their full capacity.

5. How do you plan to grow in the future? What will 5 years down the line look like for CBD Movers?

We aspire to be the world's top moving company. To enable the construction of a sustainable and scalable firm, we are making sure that our foundation is very solid. Our current attention is on three things:

Best-quality moving assistance

Upgrading the infrastructure

Removing the flaws

We will concentrate on providing clients with services that are specifically designed to meet their needs for moving and relieve any stress associated with the process. I envision CBD Movers being a well-known brand with only good comments and reviews in the next five years.

6. If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting, what would it be?

No matter what occurs, you must remain committed to your objective. There will be challenges along the way, but if you put in the necessary effort, stay focused on your objectives, and cultivate connections with other people whom you respect and like, you will eventually succeed. Keep in mind that you are atop the mountain of accomplishment. There may be times when you want to give up, but you must continue rising because you will eventually reach the top, and it will be thanks to your perseverance, hard work, and the people you meet along the way.

I'd advise you to keep your eyes and ears peeled. To have a strong position in the market, we must act differently. And only by thinking outside the box will we be able to accomplish it. When we apply a unique viewpoint to our business by drawing inspiration from many sorts of systems, we engage in unconventional thinking.
