Mehul Pande:MMP Refratech is a company which caters to insulation requirements of Industrial Furnaces. Currently, we are catering to industries such as Forging, Foundries, Die Casting, Heat Treatment, Automotive OEM, Furnace and Boiler manufacturers. In 2018, seeing a business and value addition opportunity in this field, we started our company and has been growing since. Mehul Pande:We are Authorised Stockiest of Refractories, i.e. insulation products that are used at high temperatures (normally above 500 Deg. Cel.) in Industrial Furnaces and boilers. As the market was nascent earlier and we saw that there is gap in terms of providing latest solutions to the customer. To be true to you all, entering into printing profession was not at all my wish.  I did not know the basics of Printing. However, I had been blessed with 2 things – a) Good friends who had always been my well wishers b) I have confidence in taking any new assignments at any age. With these two basics gifts I have been moving around. Now coming to the brass track - In one of the social gatherings, I came across Director, Canon India Ltd. & during the course of discussions he convinced me to buy a small digital printing unit. There was a hidden agenda of Canon into it. They wanted to enter UP market which was dominated by their competitor – Konica Minolta. That Director could also see some capabilities in me. He offered me a machine costing 33 lacs. I gave Canon Rs.10 lacs upfront & the balance amount of Rs.23 lacs were to be paid on equal monthly installments in a period of 2 years. In the 2 years period I got such a positive & encouraging response from the market that I not only cleared the loan amount of Canon I also recovered the Principal amount of Rs. 10 Lacs. Now Canon’s experiment on me was also successful. They once again approached me & offered the next generation Digital Machine Canon 10000. This machine valued about Rs.1.15 Crores. This was the first machine In UP, 19thh in the country at that time & was latest in the world market. With this I declared myself as a printer & printing became my passion.
