Ashwin Trivedi:Having a Passion for Cars, Family business in Automobile,  Hospitality and Car Rental  work experience for 15+ Years and having a vision of Being Number One Car Rental Service provider (Premium Segment) in India

Ashwin Trivedi:We provide Chauffeur Driven Cars on Rent on Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily Basis to Corporates and Five Star Hotels for local and Inter City use.

All our Chauffeurs are Police Verified, Speak/Understand decent language, Medically fit certified by Doctors, We are 100% Compliant went comes to Insurance, Vehicle Documents related to Regional Transport Office and Laws related to compensation of dues of Staff and Chauffeurs.

Great Companies : What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Ashwin Trivedi:This Industry is never given importance by the administration department of this Country, hence we are mostly deprived of the subsidies and benefits. Good English Speaking Chauffeurs availability is a major Challenge. Very Limited Training institutes available  related to this Industry, hence availability of quality Manpower is a major Challenge.

The Premium and Taxes compared are very high hence profit margins have become very low over period of time.

Ashwin Trivedi:Culture of the Company, Planning, Goal Setting, Periodic Reviews - Income and Expense, Retention of Team, Consistency of Quality, Transparency with Team and Customers. Abiding by the law and Compliance. Salaries, EMI, Insurance Premium, Fuel Bills and Vendor Payments have to be made as per schedule. Financial Track record has to be Healthy.
