Keyur Modi: Before 2013, there was no online presence of Surat. With that view to promote surat digitally, I came up with an Idea of Surties. And Surties means People of Surat.

Keyur Modi: Because others are too far away from my business. In addition to that, Honesty & Nature of operation.

Keyur Modi: We came on Digital Platforms where there was no awareness. People were not even of social media & we started. Second most important challenge was/is the knowledge of the Digital Media; we find it pretty low.
