Tejal Lakkar: Work life balance is tough as most celebrations are on weekends and that makes weekends working days for us bakers. Tejal Lakkar: our designs and ideas are a unique combination of quality and innovation. For example, our surprise inside cakes give the customer a unique keepsake along with the delicious cake.

Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea? Vinita Mohta: This business idea came up when I was witnessing close people and friends dying of their illnesses even after taking the required medical aide and I had read that Hippocrates at his time, 1000 of years back, had a cure for every disease. So what happened now that people were succumbing to their diseases? This quest led me to find the cause and effect and I learnt that only nature has a cure for all our health issues as also mentioned in the Bible and our ancient scriptures, that " Herbs are for the healing of the nation ". And from here onwards I started researching on the herbs and their advocates and the lifestyle factors and the addictive fooding habits that lead to our dis-eased state. Vinita Mohta: Providing councelling in nutrition and lifestyle changes,  in changing water to the water that our body needs to function optimally, providing herbal formulations as per your health report created by me to provide your body with the deficient nutrients in tea or vegetarian capsules form to support you from outside which is otherwise difficult to get it through diet and lifestyle alone. Darshan Thakkar: First We scrutinise detail technical requirements of client and prepare a query list. Once, we get dully clearance on our queries from client, we shall prepare a design in line with their requirements and submit the same design to client and third party inspection agency if any for an approval. Once we get the approval on the design, it states that design is in line with client’s requirement. If there would be any changes receives from client as well as third party inspection agency , we shall incorporate such changes in drawing and send the revised drawing to both of them for an approval. Once, we shall get an approval on design, we shall commence the manufacturing in line with approved drawing. Henceforth, we shall get accuracy and efficiency in our product. Moreover, we use  esteem quality of raw material during different phases of manufacturing. Henceforth, it would be a less chance to failure of product. Darshan Thakkar: I came up with an idea to commence a business while entering an diploma engineering 2004.  After successful completion of diploma engineering with distinction, I entered in to bachelors of engineering in 2007 and completed the same in 2011 with distinction. After completion of successful engineering I appointed as a trainee engineer in one of leading engineering industries. As year goes, I learned various engineering activity, which I have studied in my engineering tenure. After turning the various face of designation like , Production engineer, QC engineer, Design engineer, and project engineer, achieved 5 years of rich experience in the corporate word in same industry. After having such potential experience thought to commence own business with partnership. In which I utilise my engineering expertise and other partner will take care of commercial activity.
