Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Praveen Kembhavi: I am civil engineering by profession. After 8 year's of working experience. I started my own establishment.

I wanted to have a single window concept, where in client need to run pillar to post for design of house, getting municipal permission, construction, interiors and so on.

We take complete responsible as mentioned above.

Praveen Kembhavi: As I told, the moment customer contact us we take a complete responsibility right from scratch to finish. Including bhumi puja.

Praveen Kembhavi: Yes good question. We believe in Quality and only Quality. We are cost effective compared to others.

Great Companies:What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Praveen Kembhavi: Every business will have challenge's and we are not expectional. Our major challenge are quality of local material specially like Sand and Bricks. Local bricks are not of good quality, we get it from Karimnagar which is 150 kms from Hyderabad.

Great Companies:What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Praveen Kembhavi: I believe in Trust. When any client decide and entrust us for project. We make sure trust is intact come what may. My major clients are friends or relatives of my clients. That's speak about my commitment and Quality. Or else people don't refer to others.
