Nishna Varma: The Barkery is a dog bakery in New Delhi that provides 100% natural, gluten free and preservative free treats, cakes and cupcakes, made with human grade ingredients for all the dogs! Our products have been approved by dogs all over India since the last 3 years! I have 2  dogs - once of which is allergic to wheat and the other is a fussy eater. When searching for healthy treats in the market which were free of chemicals, I found none. That's when I started baking for them and eventually started The Barkery to make sure that all the fur babies eat healthy! Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company? Nishna Varma: Our menu consists of  more than 10 different flavours of biscuits, dog friendly cakes and cupcakes. Nishna Varma: Each product at The Barkery is created after a lot of research and while keeping the health of our paw-customers in mind. We have a menu that caters to both vegetarian dogs as well as non vegetarian dogs. At The Barkery, we create different products that are not available anywhere else and are both appealing to the pet parent as well as the pet. Many people prefer to purchase items that have a longer shelf life, as it is easier to store them - what they are not aware of is that even though the commercial treats are easy to store, they are harmful for the pets in the longer run. Nishna Varma: Having a goal is very important, as well as employees who understand your thinking and help you  achieve the target that you've set for the company. As well as understanding your customers needs and being able to meet those needs are very important.

There are end number of consultant in India who provides advisory services. Very few provide implementation of strategy. So we have seen the opportunity and we are fulfilling it. Neeti Bamb: As a little girl, I was always fascinated by the lovely sarees my grandmother used to wear. She would have people from all across the country to show her these beautiful sarees which she would select from. Looking at her dress up in those sarees, I used to be mesmerized and growing up I dreamt of having the chance to dress her! As I grew older, and attended social events the urge to dress my grandmother expanded to all the women in the room as I noticed people’s clothes and style in more detail. Be it Online, Social or any other medium. People at large prefer a Video instead of a brochure or a leaflet for any information. even on an online platform, a message has more visibility if it is in a video format. I have spent 25 years in Advertising and have worked on all formats.. from Print and Television to events and experiential media... and have realised that VIDEO is there to be... this coupled with a super understanding of clients requirements provided an impetus to start my own studio where I can create videos that serve this purpose. Anuraag Fulay: There have been thousands of books written about what it takes to be successful in business, and a thousand more about achieving success in life as well. However there are a few things which make you stand out. If you want to separate yourself from that crowd, you need to learn how to manage your own fears- fear of failure at the top. You're going to need money. However, that doesn't necessarily mean you need to have a lot of it when you're just getting started, but more importantly understanding how finance works and how to use your money to grow in the smartest way. Invest in people more than in material things. They stand with you in difficult times. last but not the least "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade" is a great example of using leverage to move your business forward.and make sure that people who dont have lemons buy the lemonade from you. Thats the key to success.
