Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Anuraag Fulay: The world is moving towards Audio Visual media. Be it Online, Social or any other medium. People at large prefer a Video instead of a brochure or a leaflet for any information. even on an online platform, a message has more visibility if it is in a video format.
I have spent 25 years in Advertising and have worked on all formats.. from Print and Television to events and experiential media... and have realised that VIDEO is there to be... this coupled with a super understanding of clients requirements provided an impetus to start my own studio where I can create videos that serve this purpose.
Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?
Anuraag Fulay: We create content. From infographics to LMS, we can cater to any requirement of any type of client. Be it a B2B requirement or B2C, we can cater to all. From Making Brand Videos and Advertisements to create a Product presentation, product demo video to technical content videos for complex and abstract subjects such as Data Management to very technical subjects such as Process Cooling, we do it all.

Anuraag Fulay: Very precise understanding of Client's requirement coupled with an indepth technical knowledge for B2B requirements is one of the factor that propels us in this field. however a 24 X 7 working attitude and right prizing also plays a very important role.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Anuraag Fulay: The competition is from organised sector as well as un organised sector. Bigger projects always land in the lap of bigger and established players and small and medium projects have a stiff competition from "one man show" do it all kind of fly by night operators.
However, when it comes to proper understanding of technical subjects like "Hydro Pneumatic Pumping systems or Closed Loop cooling systems" its only AFS that stands out.
Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?
Anuraag Fulay: There have been thousands of books written about what it takes to be successful in business, and a thousand more about achieving success in life as well.
However there are a few things which make you stand out.
If you want to separate yourself from that crowd, you need to learn how to manage your own fears- fear of failure at the top.
You're going to need money. However, that doesn't necessarily mean you need to have a lot of it when you're just getting started, but more importantly understanding how finance works and how to use your money to grow in the smartest way. Invest in people more than in material things. They stand with you in difficult times.

"When life hands you lemons, make lemonade" is a great example of using leverage to move your business forward.and make sure that people who dont have lemons buy the lemonade from you. Thats the key to success.
