Himanshu Tyagi: The Global Hues was founded in the most challenging times i.e. 2020 when Covid was at its peak. But as said by the great business tycoon- Ratan Tata, “Ups and downs in life are very important to keep us going because a straight line even in an ECG means we are not alive.” We did not see the challenges as obstacles but as an opportunity to perform even better. With each challenge faced, we became stronger and wiser every time. Within just two years of inception, Today, we are reaching Indian and Global Businesses with a Subscription Base of over 200k. Our circulation base includes Emerging entrepreneurs, C-Suite (CEO, CFO, CMO and CCO), Managing Directors & Executives, Venture Capitalists & Angel Investors and Decision Makers from different industries across the globe.     Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Raina Jain:It all started when I decided to take a sabbatical from the rut of the corporate culture. And when I was travelling to London, I spent time contemplating, introspecting and reflecting. Taking a step back from the external world and diving deeper into the inner world helped me expand my thought process. I had always been someone who wanted to contribute to the greater good. And I thought to myself: no better way than podcasting to reach the world. Along the podcasting journey, I reached 1.2m listeners worldwide while podcasting, and because of COVID in particular, the demand for connection was greater than ever. I spent a lot of time researching issues related to mental health, including its effects on society as a whole and on an individual level, how the medical establishment is motivated more by political than by scientific considerations, the contribution of consumerism and capitalism to mental illnesses, and the reasons behind the current state of the world and how human nature has shaped it over the past century. In our cultures and cities, mental illness is increasingly acknowledged as one of the leading causes of personal suffering and unhappiness, on par with poverty and unemployment. What could be a stronger indictment of a system than an epidemic of mental illness? Consumerism and materialism are now commonly acknowledged as being major contributors to a wide range of mental health issues, from addiction to depression. This research findings convinced me. And it led me to step up and fill the existing gaps by just happening to be in the right place at the right time to contribute my skill sets to this world. And I can't think of anything more fulfilling than making a difference in someone's journey. Thus, The Happiness Project began with the intention of having as much of an impact on people's lives as possible through my work. I recognised the need and realised how, over the next few decades, mental health will become increasingly relevant. Zachary Bernard: If you’re starting out in business, my main piece of advice would be to be consistent, it might sound like the usual motivational advice, but it’s a pure truth. If you can keep working on something for 6-12 months without any expectations, great things will come. You have to be ready to go through a lot of doubt, stress, and mental struggles, but it’s part of the journey, and if you manage to overcome those. You can do anything.

Atanu Roy Chowdhury: In my previous professional experiences I observed that my technology delivery teams were spending upto 30% of their time interviewing pre-screened candidates. The candidate CVs met the Job Description in letter, but not in spirit. When I dug deeper I realized that the college curricula had not kept pace with technology tools in the market. Our AI based recommendation engine is currently learning from the event results in order to provide potential employers with candidate alignment insights.
