Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Sarthak Mittal: The idea for Young Leaders stemmed from a deep-seated belief in the power of innovation and the need to nurture the leadership potential of young minds. Recognizing the crucial role of youth in shaping the future, I founded the Young Leaders Foundation with the vision of empowering and inspiring the next generation of leaders through innovative initiatives and programs, I started my journey from class 10, felt that that should be support system for the students that enable them to think and create something great

Sarthak Mittal: Young Leaders offers a comprehensive range of services aimed at fostering innovation and leadership among young individuals. Our offerings include mentorship programs, leadership workshops, innovation challenges, skill development courses, and community engagement initiatives. We strive to provide a holistic platform where young people can cultivate their talents, enhance their skills, and make a positive impact on society.

Sarthak Mittal: What sets Young Leaders apart is our unwavering commitment to innovation, personalized mentorship, and holistic development. Unlike many other service providers, we focus not only on imparting knowledge and skills but also on nurturing the individual talents and aspirations of each participant. Our programs are designed to be dynamic, interactive, and tailored to meet the evolving needs of young leaders in today's rapidly changing world, we have a community of 15000 students.



Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Young Leaders?

Sarthak Mittal: In the coming years, we envision Young Leaders expanding its reach and impact exponentially. Our goal is to establish a global presence, reaching young minds across borders and cultures. We plan to diversify our offerings, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to leadership development. Five years down the line, we see Young Leaders as a recognized leader in youth empowerment, with a thriving community of young leaders making a tangible difference in their respective fields and beyond.


We will expand our community in offline mode and create young leaders for the society, we will put positive impact on our education system.



Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Sarthak Mittal: My advice to someone just starting out would be to stay true to your vision, embrace failure as a stepping stone to success, and never underestimate the power of perseverance. Building something meaningful takes time, dedication, and resilience. Surround yourself with a supportive network, be open to learning from both successes and setbacks, and always strive to innovate and make a positive impact. Trust in your abilities and believe in the journey ahead, even when faced with challenges along the way.
