    Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Dr.C N Ramchand: Nanotechnology or magnetic nanoparticle concept can be used for various applications. We have developed multiple unique patented products for DNA extraction, RNA extraction, protein extraction and size selection. Initially, this was part of various universities research work and eventually we realized that this has a great industrial potential as a business opportunity. Thus, we have set up a company (MagGenome Pvt. Ltd.) in the year 2014, the first Nano biotechnology company in India. Our all-developed products are ready for application and by 2018 and 2019 onwards we initiated the business process for the same. Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Maggenome Technologies Pvt Ltd.? Dr.C N Ramchand: We have various products as well as services. The products are naked nanoparticle-based DNA extraction, which can be used whether it is for Blood, Saliva, Tissue, or Micro-organisms, or the similar way, RNA extractions or protein extraction also. Regarding services, we are mainly providing services for clients who is interested in extracting high throughput DNA extractions or RNA extractions or support service in molecular diagnostics using nanoparticles. Great Companies: What makes Maggenome Technologies Pvt Ltd different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Dr.C N Ramchand: Magnetic particle-based nanotechnology companies have various diagnostic purposes and application services. There are several companies in the market, but MagGenome is the unique company which uses naked nanoparticles. That means we are not using any coating to nanoparticles. That apparently is very complex, but there are significant advantages. That is the reason we have developed this product. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them? Dr.C N Ramchand: Our major challenge was neither discovering nor developing and nor regulatory, but commercialization. Basically, a new technology, novel products, and its application became challenging. First two years nobody used to buy and try our products. However, eventually we went personally and showed demo to the clients and scientists that how it works, and slowly everyone got convince and started using the same. Once they started using, they have not looked back and continuously started buying. Especially in the COVID times, we have sold throughout India a very large number of kits, almost several million US dollars’ worth RNA extraction kits for the purpose of RT PCR. And throughout India, 8 % of the population was completely used Maggenom’s COVID extraction kits. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Maggenome Technologies Pvt Ltd? Dr.C N Ramchand: Our first requirement is to expand throughout India with the current products which we are doing very well. We have about 6 to 8 people in the field which will be increased to about between 15 and 20 in a few months. We will cover from a small number of states to all the states in India. We have also set up a facility in the US, and expanding operations into the complete US market. We are also planning to expand in Europe, to Singapore and various other countries, but probably it can take a few years. Five years from now, we expect that we will be among one of the best nanotech companies using magnetic nanoparticles for various applications. We will feel that based on the technology that we have developed, this can be one of the best company with a user friendly nanotech products. Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? Dr.C N Ramchand: I would say, mainly selling is a complex procedure. When you are coming out with a novel product, the technology is new, and already some other technology-based product is existing, it will become very difficult for people to use it for various reasons. That is going to be the challenge. If you are overcoming that challenge, that means this new product people start testing and using, you are successful. You can eventually, in a few years, it can be a big success.

    Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Nitesh Jadon: Being from the Biotechnology background, I always dreamt of exploring my field of interest. In the same process, I got my campus placement while doing my B. Tech and I worked in one of the renowned companies related to International Research and Publications. I got several good opportunities from the same company to visit abroad and get more knowledge in the relevant field. I worked for 3.5 Years and I moved out and first I started my freelance company for two years then I got the idea of bringing some revolution in the field related to my work experience so I started this business. Nitesh Jadon: We are into various sectors such as freelancing, web designing, graphic design, digital marketing, research publications, medical journals, international conferences, etc. Great Companies: What makes ResGenesis Group different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Nitesh Jadon: As per my experience in the relevant industry, most of the similar service providers run after money instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, which indeed makes our company different from others. We are committed to building trust and faith within our customers and in this process, sometimes we need to provide our services for free also which we consider as our investment to our customer not our loss. In this way we are far better than the similar service providers in the industry. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them? Nitesh Jadon: My business journey started out with me working from home for around 12-18 hrs day and night on my laptop. As I mentioned that I had quit my job just 2 months before my marriage in 2016 and started my first company with a very brave decision. Since then, my journey has had great ups and downs. My wife started working in a company for managing household expenses as in the initial business days I had invested all my savings to start my company and it always takes a little time to get favourable returns to any business investment initially. So, as mentioned I had to work 12-18 hrs to get what I wanted in the initial months. Then after approximately 6 months, I asked my wife to quit her job and come along with me to start an office. So, she came along with me and we took a shared office with only 6 seats which is the only number we could afford at that time. Out of 6 we both had to take 2 seats and we then hired the first 4 members of our new company. Initially, it was quite difficult for us to hire the right candidates as our company was new and we only had two people to be seen as owners. The candidates who came for the interview had many expectations from a company where they would work which in our case were very less. But somehow, we managed to get started with 4 employees which gradually turned to 10 then 18 in just within 6 months. After that we left the sharing space and got our individual office (20 seats) which was nice and small. Now, we have a strength of 18 employees and have started working very hard. Within 1 year we moved to a bigger office space where we are right now having a seating of 50 members. Here itself I started my second company and the partnership firm. Frankly speaking it’s never an easy task to build a brand or to self-build a business empire. People always see where a person is standing, but never talk about the rough path he/she has gone through to reach there today. I have also gone through a very tough time after the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown. There were times when I had to be worried about the revenue and the salaries I have to give to our employees. But, in those tough times as well, we never cut off anyone’s salaries, bonuses and incentives. I think it is the reward of our humanity and compassion with our employees which turned out to be a blessing that we survived that tough time very well. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for ResGenesis Group? Nitesh Jadon: Well! I am the kind of person who never settles for less. I aspire to make my company the biggest brand. Like the great business giants, I have to make ResGenesis Group excel in all sectors like education, finance, e-publishing, software’s, IT, etc. and not just limited to one or two domains. Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? Nitesh Jadon: Although I don’t consider that whatever I have achieved till now is too much so that I can give advice to others but my journey as an entrepreneur taught me great life lessons which I can share with aspiring entrepreneurs in short. Never be satisfied in your professional life, always try to achieve more and more, never stop learning new things, always experiment the process you are following for a longer time, take advice from people but put them into evaluation with your own experiences and ultimately never stop believing in miracles with your self-belief.

    Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Pinky Danani: During the lockdown, when I didn't have a job, I thought about the concept of dips. Having traveled to various UAE countries and tasted Hummus, I did online research studying around 300 recipes. That's when I came up with the idea of serving Hummus Platters. I started sharing the food with Food Bloggers and received a good response. I joined many Food Groups and started selling the dips to various clients across Mumbai. Apart from Hummus, I also started offering Dinner Dishes and Pan Asian Cuisines. Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Dipping Sauces? Pinky Danani: Our recipes are handcrafted, and we have put a lot of thought into them. Each recipe is handmade, and we don't stock any hummus in the fridge. Pinky Danani: There were many struggles as I was doing everything by myself. Mornings were dedicated to production-related work, afternoons for deliveries, and evenings for creating social media content and planning for the next day. I learned time management on the job. Pinky Danani: I am planning to build a franchise model for Dipping Sauces, starting with one store and offering franchises. Entrepreneurship involves facing endless failures, but never giving up. It's tough when the odds are against you, but you have to keep going.     Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Mohammad Atiqure Rahman: From the beginning, I was involved in business management and very tech-savvy. I learned that in India, there are very few software companies providing standard software with standard business management procedures. So, I decided to come up with a new product that could cater to all the departments in every business. Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Nano Informatics Private Limited? Mohammad Atiqure Rahman: Currently, we have only one product, which is ACCU360 ERP. We are also planning to introduce factory automation and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things). By the end of this year, we will be launching our Industrial Internet of Things solution. Great Companies: What makes Nano Informatics Private Limited different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Mohammad Atiqure Rahman: There are many products in the international market, but as a pure ERP system, you will find hardly 10-20 companies worldwide. Many products use the term "ERP" in their service or product names, but when you actually use their product, they only provide a few modules like accounting, inventory, purchasing, and sales. However, to be considered a comprehensive ERP system, it should cater to all the segments. Now, let's talk about those who provide ERP products like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Odoo, etc. Their licensing and implementation processes are very complex. They charge for every module, and sometimes extensive customization is required. After understanding all the problems in the market and existing products, we developed ACCU360, which is a comprehensive ERP system that includes all the modules. With our single license, you can access all the modules without the need for separate module-wise licenses. We have also replaced SAP and Tally in some companies with our product, ACCU360 ERP. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them? Mohammad Atiqure Rahman: Of course, there have been many struggles. As I started the company without any investment, we had to focus on sales from day one to meet our daily and monthly expenses. In the beginning, we struggled with zero sales for almost 2 years and even more, I think. When we started dealing in ERP software, there were very few customers who wanted that kind of solution, even after knowing the benefits. So, the market was not ready for ERP at that time. After all the struggles, we are finally in a good position, generating good revenue, and expanding our business in the Middle East and Africa. I cannot fully describe all the struggles in words, so I'm just giving you a brief overview. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future?
