  • Manoranjan Ramesh: Founder of Trutale media

https://trutalemedia.com/ How did you get your idea or concept for the business? The idea for Trutale Media originated from our extensive experience in marketing strategy , where we identified a clear gap between brand expectations  and what agencies were delivering. Brands were craving authentic, purpose-driven narratives  that engaged audiences on a deeper level and drove real-world impact . Yet, agencies often relied on superficial, attention-grabbing content  that failed to create lasting connections or emotional resonance. We also realized that in today’s fast-paced market, timing and relevance  are critical. Take a Diwali campaign, for example—you need to plan several months ahead to maximize its impact. Otherwise, you risk being out of sync with the audience. That insight led us to ask: what if we could leverage AI-powered insights  to not only craft story-driven content  but also deliver it at the optimal time  for maximum audience engagement ? By integrating AI-generated content  with advanced data analytics , we can fine-tune our campaigns for better targeting , personalization , and real-time optimization . This enables us to create and deliver authentic content at the perfect moment , driving both brand awareness  and consumer action . Trutale Media combines the power of storytelling  with intelligent marketing technologies  to deliver content that connects, engages, and sparks meaningful change. What are the various services provided by Trutale Media? Storytelling & Content Creation  – Authentic, impactful stories in various formats (TVCs DVCs, documentaries, web series, short-form digital content). Branded Content & Campaigns  – Content that aligns with brand values and engages audiences. Social Media Strategy & Management  – Tailored strategies for content creation and community engagement. Podcasts & Audio Content  – High-quality podcasts tackling social issues and fostering dialogue. AI-Driven Content Solutions  – Data insights, trend analysis, and content optimization for timely, relevant campaigns. Consulting & Strategy  – Strategic guidance for brands to craft compelling, impactful stories. Documentary & Feature Films  – Long-form content that explores critical social issues with depth and authenticity. Localization & Regional Content  – Content in multiple regional languages to reach diverse audiences across India. What makes Trutale Media different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Trutale Media isn’t just another agency; it’s an agency built by marketers for marketers . We understand the deadlines, content demands, and challenges  that brands face every day. Our goal isn’t to stand out on our own; we want to stand with other agencies  to help brands succeed. We focus on creating authentic, impactful stories  that connect with audiences and deliver results—without the fluff or sensationalism. By combining AI tech  with creativity, we make sure content is timely, relevant, and always on point. We also specialize in regional and localized content to speak to diverse audiences across India. At Trutale, it’s all about working together to make your brand’s story heard and drive meaningful impact. What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them? The journey with Trutale Media hasn’t been without its challenges. One of the biggest struggles we faced early on was building credibility in a highly competitive media landscape. When we started, the market was saturated with agencies that prioritized quantity over quality. Convincing brands to trust us with an authentic, impact-driven approach was difficult. We overcame this by focusing on delivering exceptional results  with our initial projects. By producing content that genuinely resonated with audiences and delivered value, we gradually built a reputation for quality and trust. Another major challenge was producing localized content  in multiple languages and reaching diverse, regional audiences. It was tricky to navigate the cultural nuances of each community, especially when we started working in rural areas. To tackle this, we partnered with local talent  and experts who understood these nuances, ensuring our content was not only authentic but also deeply relevant to each audience. Finally, as we scaled, managing timelines and expectations while maintaining high-quality content became a real challenge. With tight deadlines, especially around major campaigns or events, we had to stay agile and organized. We learned to work smarter, prioritize, and collaborate closely with clients and partners to ensure that our content was delivered on time, without compromising on quality. Ultimately, our approach has always been to turn every challenge into an opportunity to learn and grow—staying true to our values while adapting to the ever-changing media landscape. How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Trutale Media? In the next five years, our vision for Trutale Media is to evolve into the ultimate aggregator of agencies —a one-stop destination for every brand’s marketing needs. Rather than just being a content creator, we aim to become the go-to partner for brands, offering a comprehensive suite of services through strategic collaborations with other agencies across the industry. Here’s how we plan to grow: Expanding Our Reach: We’ll extend our presence across India and globally, focusing on regional and international markets . By creating more localized content in diverse languages and tapping into new audiences, we’ll ensure our stories reach further and wider, building a stronger global footprint. Becoming the Ultimate Agency Network: Our goal is to position Trutale Media as the ultimate aggregator of specialized agencies for brands. We’ll build a robust network of creative, digital, PR, and strategy agencies, allowing us to provide tailored solutions for every brand requirement. By connecting the best talent and resources, we’ll offer a seamless experience for brands, no matter the challenge. Diversifying Content and Formats: We’ll continue to innovate with new formats like interactive content , AR/VR experiences , and long-form documentaries . We’ll also expand into OTT platforms  and emerging technologies  to ensure our storytelling remains at the cutting edge of digital media. Talent Development and Innovation: We will focus on nurturing a diverse, innovative team by investing in training programs , creative partnerships , and collaborations with emerging talent. This will allow us to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously push the boundaries of storytelling. Five years down the line, we see Trutale Media as the central hub for brands looking to make an impact through meaningful content. We’ll provide not just stories, but complete marketing ecosystems—combining the best agencies and talent to meet every brand's evolving needs. If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? I’m not big on motivational advice because everyone’s journey is unique, and each person needs to find their own way. But if I were to share what worked for me, it’s this: Be a salesperson for at least one year if you want to be a business owner . Sales teaches you how to communicate, how to understand people, how to handle rejection, and most importantly, how to sell your vision. The skills you learn in sales—whether it’s negotiating, persuading, or building relationships are the foundation of any successful business. It's an invaluable experience that will serve you throughout your entrepreneurial journey. Website : https://trutalemedia.com/ Social Media : Instagram | LinkedIn

  • Kate Enters: Founder/ Director of ArtCan

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Kate Enters: I started ArtCan  as I recognised, as an artist myself, that being a creative is often a solitary process , and you can struggle to reach new audiences with your work. By creating group exhibitions , you share the experience and contacts with likeminded individuals, which enhances your reach and gives you a route to confidently move forward with your practice. That is why I organised the first-ever group exhibition in 2013 . Almost twelve years later, we are a thriving and vibrant international non-profit organisation  and community that provides a platform for artists to exhibit without relying on gallery representation and with an emphasis on ‘owning’ your art careers . Great Companies: What are the various services provided by ArtCan? Kate Enters: ArtCan has expertise in producing collaborative art exhibitions  in London, across Britain, and internationally. Our exhibitions complement the work of established galleries by enabling talent to gain experience and skills. We work with galleries but also seek new spaces  where art becomes a part of everyday life, aiming to involve audiences in an organic and personal way . ArtCan’s artist-centred ethos  means our model does not involve charging commissions on sales , helping artists focus on developing a sustainable practice . Great Companies: What makes ArtCan different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Kate Enters: I quickly recognised that the formula I was using to enable artists to exhibit was unique and unusual  within the mainstream art world. This did not worry me, as I absolutely believe that creatives are in the world to adapt and provide flexibility  when societal structures sometimes seem unbending. What I didn’t realise at the time was the momentum  or ripple effect  that my actions would create. It was an international community from day one , and artists enthusiastically embraced the formula and helped build the momentum themselves. Essentially, I was fulfilling a need within the art world  for a more entrepreneurial and individually owned professional platform where the core focus was the artists and the art  – not commercial gain . Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them? Kate Enters: I think the biggest challenge has been keeping steadfast in my vision ! I quickly recognised that I needed help in ensuring the vision I had was valid, inspiring, and possible . I have been incredibly lucky that my board of Trustees  were introduced to me through existing connections and contacts at exactly the right time they were needed. The only thing I can tie this down to is my absolute acceptance early on  that I could not do this alone. I needed help and was not afraid to ask for it publicly . If you project positive and genuine energy , you get positive and genuine energy in return – in bucket loads , if my board of Trustees are anything to go by! This support has enabled me to stay constant, consistent, and genuine  in the growth of ArtCan and will be vital in continuing our path forward. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for ArtCan? Kate Enters: We aim for considered and effective growth , both in the UK and internationally. We are developing more localised collectives  that will enable in-person interaction and collaboration . This will ensure our artists feel connected  and empowered to create local opportunities . There is much to be said for art being the dominant currency  within society. Currently, the world is out of balance—Mother Nature is not happy, power struggles and capitalism are repressing freedom of living and creativity. While I can’t individually solve the situation, I hope ArtCan can be part of the solution . We will always ensure the creative voice  has a platform and place in society, enabling future generations to feel they can be artists  with a voice . Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? Kate Enters: Find your Tribe! Collaborators are essential  for growing your practice and your connections. There is huge power in numbers , and if you find the right people to join you on your journey, it is both fun and inspiring . Be generous. Share experiences and contacts  with likeminded individuals, and you will find that you, in turn, enhance your own reach. This provides a solid steppingstone  for confidently moving forward with your practice.

  • Christina Collura: CEO of Creative Beginning

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Christina Collura : Our chalkboard-based puzzle concept came after my son’s Autism diagnosis at the age of 3! Having been in education for 20 years, I knew his learning wasn’t going to be “a barrier” but rather a learning curve and experience for everyone who encountered him. Autism is not the end but the beginning of a journey with a wonderful tour guide! I decided to use his love for chalk to improve his fine motor skills by enabling him to print successfully in the indented spaces of his name puzzle. He couldn’t “go out of the lines,” which led to consistent development in printing his name. This progress translated onto paper in just four weeks! Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Creative Beginning? Christina Collura : Creative Beginning is home to the ONLY patented chalkboard-based puzzle brand. We provide educational products featuring our award-winning concept, which combines identification and printing in one platform! Our products cover letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and word building – all designed for successful printing and learning. Great Companies: What makes Creative Beginning different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Christina Collura : There’s no other educational product that uses a chalkboard base with indented spaces – it’s that simple! We are the only brand bridging the gap between special needs and mainstream students. As I say, “You can teach a child with special needs using the same resources as someone who isn’t on the spectrum.” Our brand has proven this, reaching children of diverse needs and abilities. Creative Beginning stands out because of its innovative use of chalkboards as a learning medium, its commitment to sustainability, and its dual focus on education and creativity. It’s not just a puzzle but a holistic tool for childhood development and play. Additionally, our Multisensory Learning Experience  sets us apart. The tactile nature of our puzzles allows children to engage through touch (moving pieces), sight (writing and drawing), and identification, enhancing memory retention and focus for a more enriching learning experience. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them? Christina Collura : One major challenge has been balancing life as a full-time educator and a single mom while building a business. Growing up, I was taught that giving up wasn’t an option, so I’ve always focused on perseverance. I keep in mind the impact, reach, and joy our concept brings, which motivates me to take things one day at a time. I also had to overcome “mom guilt.” I realized I was teaching my kids valuable lessons about hard work, resilience, and chasing dreams. They’ve seen me hustle, problem-solve, and pursue my passions. I’ve accepted that perfect balance isn’t realistic and instead focus on being present when I’m with them. Seeking support from friends, family, and professionals has also been vital, especially with a child on the spectrum. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does five years down the line look like for Creative Beginning? Christina Collura : I’ve been fortunate to secure distribution with a major North American toy company. With their guidance and expertise, I’m confident we will grow into a million-dollar company! I firmly believe in trusting the universe, and with the right people and a strong “cheering squad,” you can achieve anything you put your mind to. Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be? Christina Collura : JUST GO FOR IT! Focus on solving real problems for real people. Many new entrepreneurs get caught up in the excitement of their ideas and forget that success lies in creating value others are willing to pay for. Start by deeply understanding your customers – their pain points, frustrations, and needs. Building a product or service that addresses these needs will provide a solid foundation for your business.

  • Claire Hayek: Founder and CEO of MSP Teambuilding

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Claire Hayek: The idea for MSP Teambuilding was born from my personal experience managing teams in various industries over 20+ years. I witnessed firsthand the toll that poor team dynamics, disengagement, and lack of purpose could have on productivity and morale. As an engineer with a passion for human connections, I envisioned a company that could go beyond traditional "team-building" activities to build teams that are resilient, purpose-driven, and ready to excel in any environment. My vision was to combine neuroscience, creativity, and leadership principles into programs that bring measurable and lasting transformation to teams.   Great Companies: What are the various services provided by MSP Teambuilding? Claire Hayek: At MSP Teambuilding, we provide tailored services designed to transform teams from the inside out. Our Team Leadership Bootcamp  equips leaders with neuroscience-based tools to inspire and connect with their teams. Our AI-Enhanced Productivity Programs  blend cutting-edge technology with teamwork to drive peak performance. We also offer Custom Team-Building Experiences  that reflect your team’s unique culture and goals, and Certification Programs  like “Team Transformation Certified,” integrating ESG and SDG principles for sustainable success. Additionally, our Health & Wellness Programs  focus on resilience and mental well-being, while our Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives  help teams make a meaningful impact beyond the workplace. Every service is personalized to meet your team’s specific needs, delivering lasting results that go far beyond the usual. Great Companies: What makes MSP Teambuilding different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Claire Hayek: What truly sets MSP Teambuilding apart is our unwavering commitment to building a box around your team instead of trying to fit you into a one-size-fits-all solution. Every organization is unique, with its own culture, challenges, and goals, so why should team-building be any different? We don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches. Instead, we take the time to listen, understand, and tailor every program to align with what your team actually needs. For us, it’s about creating solutions that feel like they were made just for you—because they were. Whether it’s designing a program to bridge cultural gaps in a global team or helping a hybrid workforce rediscover their connection, we start with your goals and build from there. And it’s not just about addressing the surface-level issues. We dig deep to tackle the root causes, fostering long-lasting transformation instead of temporary fixes. On top of that, we bring a fresh, innovative approach that combines neuroscience, creativity, and purpose-driven initiatives. This ensures our programs are not only engaging but also deliver measurable impact. We don’t just strengthen bonds—we elevate productivity, resilience, and morale. And with a risk-free guarantee, we back our work with the confidence that our clients will see real results. At MSP, we don’t just build teams; we empower them to thrive on their own terms, creating a foundation for success that’s as unique as the people behind it. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them? Claire Hayek: Like any entrepreneurial journey, starting MSP Teambuilding came with its fair share of challenges. In the beginning, one of the biggest hurdles was shifting perceptions. Many organizations were so accustomed to the traditional “team-building” approach—think trust falls and icebreakers—that introducing a deeper, more impactful way of building teams felt like an uphill battle. It took time to show that what we offer isn’t just a fun day out; it’s a long-term investment in their team’s success. Sharing success stories and tangible results helped bridge that gap and earn trust. Scaling was another challenge, especially as our reach began to grow. Balancing demand while maintaining the quality and personal touch we’re known for wasn’t easy. We overcame this by building a strong, diverse team of facilitators who share our vision and by embracing technology to ensure seamless delivery, even for global clients. And of course, like many businesses, we’ve faced economic fluctuations where companies deprioritize team investments. In those moments, we focused on educating clients about how investing in team culture directly combats turnover and boosts long-term productivity. It wasn’t always easy, but staying true to our mission and consistently delivering results helped us weather those storms. Looking back, those challenges weren’t just obstacles—they were opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow. Each one reinforced our commitment to the vision of building resilient, purpose-driven teams, and that’s a reward in itself.   Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for MSP Teambuilding? Claire Hayek: When I think about the future of MSP Teambuilding, I feel both excited and deeply motivated. In five years, I see us expanding our global footprint, connecting with organizations in even more countries, and using digital platforms to ensure that no team, no matter how remote, feels left behind. Growth for us isn’t just about getting bigger—it’s about doing more meaningful work. Innovation is going to be at the heart of our journey. We’re constantly exploring new ways to integrate AI, ESG metrics, and neuroscience into our programs, because I believe that staying ahead of the curve is essential to delivering real impact. I also envision our certification programs—like "Team Transformation Certified" and "Team Impact Certified"—becoming gold standards in the industry. It’s not just about teams being stronger but about organizations feeling the ripple effect of that strength in their results and culture. At the same time, social impact will play a big role in our growth. I want MSP to lead initiatives that empower underrepresented groups and champion sustainability. I believe that businesses have a responsibility to contribute to the world beyond the bottom line, and I want that to be a legacy we proudly build. Above all, I want to scale with integrity. Growth can sometimes dilute the personal touch, but not at MSP. Our goal is to expand while ensuring every program feels as tailored, personal, and impactful as if it were crafted for one team alone. In five years, I see a thriving, purpose-driven MSP Teambuilding, with teams all over the world transformed for the better. Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? Claire Hayek: Start with purpose. Build a business that not only addresses a need but also resonates with your values. Challenges will come, but having a strong "why" will keep you grounded and resilient. Focus on creating value and forming meaningful relationships with clients. Success is not just about profits; it's about the positive impact you leave behind.

  • Ganesh Verma: CEO of MoogleLabs

Great Companies:  How did you get your idea or concept for the business?   Ganesh Verma:    Well, I worked in the IT field before I started MoogleLabs. During this period, I saw a gap between the  technologies that were coming in and the time it took IT companies to offer services to them.   Therefore, I came up with the concept of MoogleLabs – an organization made to focus solely on  revolutionary technologies. I believe that the ideal workplace challenges you, encouraging you to grow  and that is what I wanted my entrepreneurial venture to be.   Great Companies:  What are the various services provided by MoogleLabs?   Ganesh Verma:   Well, every latest service you can think of, be it artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language  processing, data analytics, metaverse, blockchain services, DevOps, or Internet of Things, we deliver.  Additionally, we have a team of research and development, along with consultants, always pushing of  boundaries of what these technologies can do.   Great Companies:  What makes MoogleLabs different from hundreds of other similar service providers?  Ganesh Verma:   That we partner with our clients. The biggest contributor to our parameters of success is what results  our solutions bring to our clients. We want them to succeed and that means we dedicate our efforts to  creating the best possible solution for every one of them. Of course, the solution changes depending on  the pain points that the company wants to address.   Great Companies:  What were the struggles and challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?  Ganesh Verma:   I did start this company during some of the most turbulent times the people of our generation have  seen till now. So, I have seen a fair share of struggles and challenges right from the start. Getting our  first client as an independent organization was one. Setting up a remote office in the times of pandemic  was another. As for overcoming them, being a problem-solver definitely helps.      Great Companies:  How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for MoogleLabs?  Ganesh Verma:   With artificial intelligence at new heights and vast acceptance in today’s world, the sky is truly the limit  for MoogleLabs. As an organization, we are focused on creating the perfect solutions for our current  clients, and getting the opportunity to help others leverage the technology is another goal that we are  striving towards. In the next 5 years, I am determined to take this venture to new heights, creating  state-of-the-art solutions that make the world a better place for everyone.   Great Companies:  If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?  Ganesh Verma :  For those embarking on their entrepreneurial journey, my advice is to balance careful planning with  decisive action. Take the time to create a solid plan, but remember that deadlines are crucial—both in  the early stages of building your business and in its ongoing operations. Set realistic yet firm deadlines,  and most importantly, stick to them. Without this discipline, you risk getting stuck in the comfort zone  of endless planning, which can hinder the momentum needed to turn your vision into reality.

  • Nick Kremm, Founder of International Creative Media Collective

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? Nick Kremm:   After spending a couple of years working in the media industry, my team and I decided to establish an institution that would serve as a cornerstone for professional development. Our goal is to provide young people with the opportunity to enter this highly competitive market. Leveraging the extensive network of contacts we’ve built over the past three years, we recognized this initiative as a fundamental step in creating pathways for aspiring professionals. This is how we aim to make a meaningful impact and help individuals successfully navigate their way into the industry. Great Companies: What are the various services provided by International Creative Media Collective Nick Kremm: We are a versatile association offering a range of services. Our work includes media coverage, and we also organize impactful annual events in the Andalusia region, always with a strong cultural focus. Additionally, we are deeply passionate about media and audiovisual productions. We believe that creating and distributing compelling content is one of the most effective ways to share ideas and spark meaningful conversations. Great Companies: What makes International Creative Media Collective different from hundreds of other similar service providers? Nick Kremm : We stand out in many unique ways. One of our defining traits is being recognized as the first youth cultural association in the region with such remarkable potential. As we continue to grow, our aspirations extend to expanding on an international scale. To achieve this, we firmly believe that competition is not the answer; instead, the key lies in collaborating with similar organizations and focusing on what unites us: a shared passion for culture. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them? Nick Kremm : One of the biggest challenges I faced when I first started was dealing with rejection. I was only 16 years old when I started my journey into the business world. At such a young age, it was difficult for others to take me seriously or feel comfortable offering support or funding. Many saw my ambitions as just a fleeting teenage dream that would never amount to anything. Despite these obstacles, I refused to give up. I stayed committed to my vision and remained true to my goals. Over time, through persistence and hard work, I began to earn people’s trust—and that trust has brought me to where I am today. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for International Creative Media Collective? Nick Kremm : Things have progressed so quickly—it’s almost hard to believe how far we've come in just three years. I have a bold vision for transforming the media industry, focusing on two core pillars: inclusion and funding. These are the fundamental changes I aim to drive through my business. I truly believe ICMC is destined to become something big. Our team’s dedication and passion are the driving forces behind this belief. But it’s not just about hard work—we understand the industry, we’ve built a strategy, and we’re fully committed to seeing this vision through. We won’t stop until we achieve our goal. Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? Nick Kremm : I always encourage people never to give up. Believing in what you’re doing is crucial. I’ve had countless moments when I considered giving up entirely and walking away from my career in media. But here’s what’s important: the moment you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom, that’s often the moment when life surprises you. It’s like a powerful wave breaking through the sky, carrying you further than you ever imagined possible.

  • Bhargav Malluvajhula: Founder of The Arogí Foundation

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business? The idea for The Arogí Foundation was something that came to me when I saw a deep gap in the lives of children in orphanages—particularly around their birthdays. These kids didn’t have many opportunities to celebrate or feel special, so I thought, “Why not make their birthdays something memorable?” What started as a simple birthday celebration idea soon expanded. As I spent more time with these children, I realized that the support they needed wasn’t just emotional—it was practical too. So, I combined the two: celebrating their birthdays while also giving them the skills and support to thrive in the future. The Foundation quickly grew into a platform that offers not only celebrations but also career counseling, skill development, and life skills training. The recognition we’ve received, including an award from the President of India, has made me even more determined to scale up and do more for these children. Great Companies: What are the various services provided by The Arogí Foundation? When I founded The Arogí Foundation, my goal was to create a lasting impact on the lives of orphaned children, and today, our services reflect that. We began by organizing birthday celebrations, and we’ve celebrated over 250 birthdays, spreading 1,000+ smiles across orphanages. But as the Foundation evolved, I realized we could do much more. We introduced career counseling through our AI-powered GuideBot, providing personalized career advice to the children. I also developed skill-building workshops focused on digital literacy, coding, and life skills, all aimed at preparing the children for a future they can build on. We’ve collaborated with 6+ organizations to expand our reach, and our network of 60+ volunteers has been essential in delivering these services across 4+ locations. Each year, we’re growing, both in the number of children we serve and in the depth of services we provide. Great Companies: What makes The Arogí Foundation different from hundreds of other similar service providers? I believe what sets The Arogí Foundation apart is our focus on making each child feel truly seen, celebrated, and empowered. It’s not just about providing material support—it’s about understanding the emotional needs of these children and making them feel important. Our birthday celebrations are a way to give them joy and show them they matter. What also differentiates us is our integration of technology through the GuideBot, which offers AI-driven career counseling tailored specifically to each child’s dreams and needs. The foundation of our work is collaboration. We’ve built strong partnerships with schools, NGOs, and volunteers, ensuring that we provide not only emotional care but also practical support to these kids. It’s the combination of empathy, technology, and collaboration that truly makes us stand out. Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them? The journey hasn’t been without its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles I faced was convincing orphanages and schools to invest in celebrating birthdays, as many didn’t see the immediate value. But once they saw the joy it brought to the children, things started to change. Securing funding early on was another challenge. We didn’t have much financial support in the beginning, so I relied on partnerships, donations, and in-kind contributions. There were times when it felt like progress was slow, but I’ve always believed that persistence pays off. Building the GuideBot also presented a technical challenge. It was a learning curve, but with the help of mentors, I was able to make it a reality. Over time, these struggles taught me resilience and creativity, and they’ve made the foundation stronger and more innovative. Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for The Arogí Foundation? Looking five years ahead, I see The Arogí Foundation growing significantly. We’ve already made great strides, but my vision is to scale our impact exponentially. We want to expand our GuideBot to support even more children, and I’m working on making it available in multiple languages to reach kids from diverse backgrounds. We’ll continue to build on our digital literacy programs and expand into coding, entrepreneurship, and AI education. I also see The Arogí Foundation becoming a trusted p artner for even more schools and NGOs, allowing us to reach even more children. My goal is for the Foundation to empower 10,000+ kids by 2030, equipping them with the skills and opportunities to shape their own futures. With the support of our volunteers and partners, I’m confident we’ll get there. Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? If I could offer one piece of advice to someone starting out, it would be to lead with empathy and understand the real needs of the people you’re trying to serve. It’s easy to assume what people need, but taking the time to listen and learn from them is what makes your efforts truly impactful. Also, don’t be afraid of failure. Failure is inevitable in any journey, but each setback brings valuable lessons. Stay focused, stay resilient, and keep moving forward. And most importantly, build a community around you—a team that shares your vision and passion. It’s the people who support you that will help you turn your ideas into a reality.
