Challenges Faced During the Journey:

Overcoming Challenges to Reach This Stage

Throughout her career, challenges have been a constant for Larysa Hale, shaping her resilience, adaptability, and drive for innovation. From the very beginning, she faced significant hurdles.

In 2008, as she graduated from university, the world was grappling with a major economic crisis. Job markets were unstable, and industries were undergoing massive shifts. She had to adapt quickly, acquiring new skills, which led her into marketing, events, and public relations—fields she had not initially planned for but grew to excel in.

Years later, as she planned her move to the UK, the Brexit decision reshaped the business landscape. Industries relocated, business structures changed, and marketing as a field was evolving rapidly with automation, digital transformation, and new tools. Once again, she had to embrace change, adapt, and find opportunities in the midst of uncertainty.

Then came COVID-19 in 2020, a global crisis that disrupted businesses across every sector. Marketing, events, and communication strategies had to be reimagined overnight.

Remote work became the norm, and digital transformation accelerated at an unprecedented pace. She had to lead teams remotely, develop new strategies, and innovate in ways she had never done before.

Through all these experiences, she learned that the world never stops changing—whether due to economic downturns, political shifts, global crises, or industry advancements. Some challenges bring opportunities; others test limits. But in every challenge, she found growth.

Every obstacle—whether in 2008, 2012, 2016, or today—pushed her to learn new skills, build relationships, and develop innovative solutions. Whether it was supporting clients in launching new platforms, leading remote teams, or staying ahead of industry changes, continuous learning remained key.

She does not believe that a single challenge or moment defines success. Instead, it is the ability to keep progressing, adapting, and learning that makes the difference. That is how she built businesses, managed teams, and developed new products.

Today, she is grateful—for her team, clients, and the journey that has brought her here.

Each challenge has shaped her into the professional she is today, and with the support of her loved ones, she continues to strive to make a positive impact and create solutions that help others navigate change.

Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:

Success is not about giant leaps—it is about small, consistent steps forward. No matter where someone is in their journey, committing to making one positive change every day is crucial. It could be starting to learn a new skill, refining an approach, a new positive thought, a new feature that could make a product or service better, solving a technical problem, or simply shifting a mindset.

Growth happens through reflection, adaptation, and daily improvement. Some days will be challenging, and self-doubt may creep in, but it should not hold anyone back. The key is to keep evolving, keep pushing forward, and trust the process—every effort compounds over time.

When starting a business, it is also crucial to have a basic understanding of everything—from the technical aspects to marketing and operations. Entrepreneurs do not have to do everything themselves, but they need to know how they want things to work and make informed decisions that shape their vision.

Believing in one's ability to grow leads to achieving things once thought impossible. Daily progress will take individuals to places they never imagined.
