How is it different from other competitors?
The identification of skill gaps and developing the existing skills to enable a person to achieve his/her goals. The current generation lacks the necessary skills and there is a humongous gap between the skills existing in a person and the skills demanded by the industry.
We SSIT as a responsible organization will provide the various job opportunities for the job seekers from different educational backgrounds for free of cost & with proper career guidance.
What and how are the challenges so far? How did you overcome them?
We SSIT as a team had build the network day by day with different number of companies to provide the jobs for the students belongs to final year category of graduation streams before completing their graduation by organizing a Regional Mega Job Fair on 18th of March 2020 just 4 days before the lockdown and managed to provide jobs for at 70% success rate irrespective of lockdown issue.
