Ltd. is a 15 Year old Company, we provide Chauffeur Driven Cars on Rent to Corporates and Five Star Hotels on Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily basis ensuring Safety, Reliability and Luxury. We have a Fleet of 200+ cars, Team of 273 and our offices in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore. Offering Pan India services.
The need to provide Car Rental services to Corporates and Five star Hotels, Pluto assured Immaculate Compliant Fleet of Cars, Police Verified and Chauffeurs trained with Defensive Driving Skills, this was the need of the hour for Corporates and Five star Hotels as they Trust those Partners who are compliant, understand the importance of Safety and Security of their employees and Hotel guests while using Car Rental Services in cities like Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore.
There were Many Car Rental service providers but none of them had all the requirements that a Trusted Car Rental service provider would provide. When we say being Pro-active Means we ensure that the Fleet and Chauffeurs are geared for any assignment and we never have excuses to give in-case of compliant while delivering our services. We ensure that our Cars our pre-checked, repaired and serviced at the respective dealers garage only ensuring that there are no breakdowns of cars at any given point of time.
Our Team makes maximum use of technology to ensure the maintenance of fleet, traffic and climate conditions. Technology (For egs GPS and navigators) helps us to take decision to activate Plan " B " incase of Congestion of Traffic, educating clients using flights and guiding to plan their arrival and departures accordingly. We also provide Back-up facility ensuring minimum turn- around time to avoid any inconvenience. Each and every Chauffeur has to undergo Medical Tests, Yearly Training for defensive Driving, Police verification and one time Background Check.

What and how are the challenges so far? How did you overcome them?
The Major Challenge that we face is to get good skilled manpower in our Industry, Catering to National and International Clients, basic English Communication is one of the basic requirement but there are candidates who are good human beings, good driving skills but are unable to communicate in English. We at Pluto identify such employees and encourage them to attend English Speaking courses, on completion of the course we motivate them by allowing them to Drive Premium Luxury cars and cater to high profile guests. this not only boosts their moral but also motivates them to earn more revenue for the Company and perks for themselves.
