Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Juvas : Struggles and Challenges, Setting up an Electrical brand comes with numerous challenges. The main challenge faced by the electrical market is that a great deal of Research & Development went into giving the new innovation to product along with that they have to keep in mind about the environmental norms and new technology which incurred a good amount of cost but due to rapid change in technology the new innovation soon get obsolete and technology gets old and they have again start from the scratch

Another challenge many company faces that they want to implement the idea of Made in India and want to make products from the material manufactured in India or available in India for the betterment of Indian Economy and to make the product at affordable price but due to lack of many products material company has to export from other countries which automatically lead to increase in cost of the product. Few importer from other countries supply their products at low price which affect the electrical market

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Juvas?

Juvas : We are focusing on Products running on Solar energy. In the coming years, this shall become very prominent. Lighting situation in rural areas will We are focusing on Solar energy because it will also reduced dependence on foreign oil and fossil fuels and is pollution-free and causes no greenhouse gases to be emitted after installation In the long term, there can be a high return on investment due to the amount of free energy a solar panel can produce, it is estimated that in coming years the average household as well as industry will see most of their energy coming in from solar energy .

We are planning to come with decorative light and to decorate our India like bride with our lights We are planning for getting partnership of the products from smart cities By looking into distracting changes in environment we planned to change the convectional fittings into led LED lighting is one of today’s most energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly lighting technologies. In an age where environmental responsibility is high on the agenda for most businesses, LEDs provide an attractive alternative to other forms of lighting Standard LED can be up to 80% more energy efficient than conventional, and waste far less energy than other styles of lighting LED lights however, contain no hazardous materials (so they are obviously much safer for the environment) and they do not require specialist disposal. This means there is no need to arrange for a vehicle to drive to the premises to collect and then dispose of them, so fewer emissions on the road are also produced

In 5 years, our goal is brand recognition throughout the country and also broadening our channel to as many states as possible. Presently, we export our commodities to neighbouring countries and aim to increase our presence more in those countries as well as getting importers from other countries on board with us.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Juvas : One Piece of advice I want to deliver is that ("How you do it" is bigger than "what you do")
