Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Amruth Kumar.K: I was in a sales job from 1985 till 1997. One day in 1990, the company I was working for selected me to undergo a Train the Trainer for a week. That's when I discovered my love for training and coaching. Another incident was that i read a quote which said, 'Find something you LOVE to do and you wont work a single day in your life.' I helping people 'discover the leader within' themselves. It doesn't feel like work. It was in 1997 that i made career shift from sales to training. and after working for a few organizations as a trainer, L&D head, I started Greatscope Consulting in 2003.

Amruth Kumar.K: We are primarily into three verticals :
Behavioral training on all aspects like Neurolinguistic programming, Leadership, Sales, negotiation, Creativity, Interpersonal effectiveness, Team-building and more. We do it across all levels; from senior managers/CEOs to entry level employees.
Leadership Coaching: We coach managers and entrepreneurs to become more effective , get better results with lesser effort. We coach on areas like leadership style, better productivity, work-life balance, executive presence, motivation, delegation etc. Our clients have been Sr.VPs, MDs, Entrepreneurs.
Keynote Speaking: Organizations who have their upcoming annual meeting, sales meet, channel partners meet would need a speaker for the event. Our speakers can 'wake up and shake up the audience' with our high energy, engaging style. We promise that the audience will love it as well as have strong takeaways.
Great Companies: What makes Greatscope Consulting different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Amruth Kumar.K: Three things make us stand out from the crowd.
Our strong 'Why'. I personally suffered from low self esteem and a lack of identity in my younger days. An incident in school helped me discover my true potential. That's why i am passionate to help other 'discover the leader within' themselves.
We are perhaps the only organization with the Founder ( myself) 25 years in the field, having catered to every possible industry vertical: IT, manufacturing, engineering, aviation, telecom.. you name it.
We get our clients RESULTS. Our programs are not just gyan.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Amruth Kumar.K: The current Pandemic has been a huge learning for us. we effectively made the transition from in-person programs to online workshops. we had to perfect the skill of making online programs as interactive and as effective as our in-person programs and we have succeeded big time. all our clients have come back to us.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Greatscope Consulting?
Amruth Kumar.K: We know we have the expertise to deliver WORLD CLASS training, coaching and keynotes. We want to have clients across the Globe using our services.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Amruth Kumar.K: The worst time to quit is when the going gets tough. We have survived - actually thrived - for 18 years because we adapted quickly and never gave up.
