Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Abhishek Agrawal: Car repairing is a very niche market, but at the same time very unorganized. We have seen people getting duped at the blink of an eye as they have very little or 0 knowledge of cars and car maintenance , we identified this as a biggest problem for car owners because the company garages are extremely expensive and most local garages were not trust worthy enough so car owners like me and a lot of people around who i knew were always on a look out for trusted garages who don't deceive them and give them best quality of work with genuine parts and at a very competitive price, and personally since childhood cars always fascinated me and I feel it's the greatest invention ever so the passion of cars and and a viable business model which not only helps car owners giving them transparent service but also saves a lot of money for them on car maintenance which pushed me to built a team of highly qualified & ethical mechanics & technicians in the year 2015 and formed CAARHUB.

Abhishek Agrawal: Caarhub provides 24 hours car break down assistance in mumbai and near by mumbai, Free car pick up & drop facilities pan mumbai. We are a multi-brand car workshop located in the heart of south mumbai. We only use genuine and original parts at par to the company at fraction of price.
Our services include : Mechanical Repairs, Electrical Repairs, Car Detailing, Car Air-Condition services & Denting & painting.

Abhishek Agrawal: What makes Caarhub stand apart from its competitors is the absolute transparency that we have with all our clients like for example we always show the clients the worn out parts as well as the new parts before installing them. We always keep our clients in loop about the minutes of work carried on their cars. We also send out quarterly or half yearly reminders to them for car servicing as clients tend to forget in their busy schedule.
We never forget our traditions and work ethics but at the same time keep on upgrading ourselves. We believe in quality of work than quantity of work. For us a client driving a Nano is as important as client driving a Bentley.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Abhishek Agrawal: Challenges are part and parcel of any business our mantra is to take these challenges head on and either solve them or learn something new from them.
On the work front biggest challenge that we face is that still today many people think that only the authorized service providers can provide a top notch service and they are also ready to pay more money to them. where in reality we are providing identical or better services to our clients at approximately 40% lesser cost. So we are slowly trying and changing the mindset of the consumers that same or better work can be done at lesser cost and its not necessary that if someone is over charging you that means their work is good.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Caarhub?
Abhishek Agrawal: In any business growth is the key we see ourselves growing everyday we are in talks with couple of investors whose vision aligns with us & which will help us fuel our growth for coming years.
We have a very clear vision about our future road map We want to specialize and build a hub for premium car maintenance because that is where the consumer are deceived the most beacuse of the expensive cars they own they are always worried about long term maintenance of the car and thats where they land up paying much more in routine thinking its a norm in premium car industry. So we aim to give them the best service and it will be at par of the international standards, and we are very much in line of our vision.
5 years down the line we also see CAARHUB having its multiple branches across the country in major metro cites.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Abhishek Agrawal: First of all the most important thing is find something to do which really interests you and is your passion.
Once you have identified that the only advice i can give is to be consistent and hang in there time will be difficult and challenging but if you hang in there for good time you will see success come your way no matter what and always whatever you do keep upgrading yourself from time to time and keep innovating as the world is changing every second.
