Great Companies: Can you commence by telling a little about your business?

Vishal Gunani: We started off as a trading company dealing in top of the line international window products and peripherals. With a high-ticket size product, we were only working with the top ten companies in the industry. As we spent time understanding the customers, capturing their imagination and feeling the pulse of the market, we were able to shape our product offering accordingly.

Today, we are a bespoke windows and doors manufacturing company providing premium product solutions to almost all the A-list architecture firms in the city and some of the most distinguished names, Pan India.In that order, we are extremely vigilant about our sourcing channels and procure only the best and certified raw materials from trusted local and international partners. Also, we’re proud of having built one of the State’s largest window display gallery, which has the versatility to exhibit a dynamic and constantly evolving product range.

Vishal Gunani: We go a step ahead and factor in additional time to understand the client’s requirements in detail. We help them go over an extensive range of customization options and peripherals. The consulting nature of the education and insight provided helps us identify precise product specifications and deliver as per expectations. This approach has been a cornerstone in our growth thus far and all our clients appreciate the tailor-made solutions.

Vishal Gunani: We leverage technology in a meaningful and effective way. It creates a precise roadmap for every project down the finest of details in terms of requirement of materials, availability and pricing. It helps us quote a fair price without having to compromise on margins. On the other hand, our people drive our business. They are in a system of continuous improvement through internationally certified trainings and trade show participation ensuring they are always on top of the market trends.

Vishal Gunani: It’s a mix of both actually. The right people put through the right SOP’s and processes then makes all the difference. Most of the initial work is streamlined using tried and tested methods and protocols, but the final execution is a people’s charm. Both elements work hand in hand.

Great Companies: How do you plan to improve and increase your market reach?

Vishal Gunani: In efforts to augment our reach and market penetration, we’ve recently forayed into creating a franchisee network. The model has been carefully crafted to create a win-win situation for the company and the franchisee partners. The initial investment only involves setting up a display gallery as per specifications. The doors and windows will be manufactured centrally at our production unit and HO will facilitate the execution. The franchisee partners will not need to stock up inventory or make room for machinery and processing. It's a lean and effective model and they can hit the ground running.
