Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Vineet Bansal  : My journey began with early exposure to computers in the 90s, evolving from the BBC Microcomputer to my first Intel 386 desktop. My passion for 3D animation led me to showcase my work at several school festivals in Kolkata.

The turning point came when I developed the first FoxPro application for my father's logistics business, sparking my interest in programming. After gaining experience with UK and Greece companies, I pursued my entrepreneurial dream.

Today, I'm proud to lead a company pioneering SaaS (software as a service), now offering Cloud-based ERP solutions to business enterprises in India. It's a journey fueled by innovation and a commitment to transforming industries through technology.

Great Companies : What are the various services provided by Edominer  ?

Vineet Bansal : We provide ERP software for manufacturers, exporters, traders. Besides we provide services such as support both normal and hyper, training, implementation etc.

Vineet Bansal  : At Expand smERP, we've learned the power of focus. In our early days, we tried to cater to every industry and accommodate every user request. Now, we've found our niche in Export and Manufacturing businesses.

By concentrating our efforts on this segment, we've gained invaluable experience and deepened our product's functionality. Our team is dedicated to creating automation and adding features tailored specifically to the needs of Export, Manufacturing, Retail, and Trading businesses. This focus allows us to continually improve and enrich our product to better serve our customers.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Edominer  ?

Vineet Bansal  : In five years, I envision Edominer Technologies as the go-to solution provider for manufacturers and exporters worldwide, renowned for our innovative ERP systems and streamlined operational processes. I see ourselves continuing to expand our reach, empowering even more businesses to achieve efficiency, growth, and success through our cutting-edge technology and exceptional service. 

In addition to the above, I aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement within our company, driving innovation and staying at the forefront of industry trends. Ultimately, my goal is to solidify Edominer Technologies as a trusted partner and leader in the field, making a lasting impact on the businesses we serve.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Vineet Bansal  : In the vast realm of software, possibilities are limitless. Reflecting on my journey, one significant lesson learned was the importance of defining purpose and target market clearly. Initially, I made the mistake of offering our product to all industries, attempting to fit every scenario. 

Another lesson came from introducing web-based ERP ahead of its time when internet access was limited. These experiences taught me the value of focus and thorough testing before venturing into new territories. The key takeaway: define your offering clearly, stay ahead of the curve cautiously, and never give up!
