Great Companies: Can you commence by telling a little about your start-up?
Thomas John VT: Hi, started in 2011. Passion got converted to Business. Made many mistakes and lost money – all my savings were lost. Turn around started in 2015. We develop Customised Software Solutions, Mobile Apps and Websites.
Great Companies: How do you manage to provide tailored solutions according to the needs of each client?
Thomas John VT: We collaborate with each customer. We work almost like their own team member. We communicate regularly with the each team member of the client and ensure that the software modules turn out to be exactly the way the customer wants and they meet their purpose.

Thomas John VT: We have a great Company Culture. Of course Team upholds the culture. So both.

Thomas John VT: We rely of Referrals. Networking and on Social Media.
Great Companies: What do you plan to achieve 5 years down the line?
Thomas John VT: Presently we are in 9 countries. In 5 years we would like to be in 100 countries.
