Believe in your team. Make pyramid of core team. Always think long term perspective. Follow your dreams with actions. Failure is first step of success so learn from failures and never repeat. Definition of Success should define by you not others. Customer is important but never lose your team. Make your 9 ratna's in team always. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and your dreams.

Success is rarely sudden.Success is typically the culmination of many late nights and early mornings.Sudden success is more likely luck than anything I can attribute something to. I’m just trying to be disciplined in my daily routines and actions.Simple and small daily disciplines add up to massive results over time.
