Sunil Kumar Swain: I have always been fascinated by the business and always have a thought to do something for the people. As I am not from any businessmen family, I thought about work and gained some experience about how business is running. Then after having spent 10+ years in immigration field, I wanted to start my own organization where we will focus more on customer satisfaction as we are into the customer service industry. So it was always in the back of my mind to go along the path of entrepreneurship and create jobs in India.

Some of the right reasons being - You feel for the cause, you feel for the topic, you are passionate about it and money is not the right reason. Feed your business more rather than feeding yourself. Time is the most precious element of life and business. You might fail. Success will not look like what you have in mind and is only achievable if you don’t give up as you will fail along the way. Failing is only the end if you quit, so always keep focused on your goal.
