We are a 24/7 Roadside Assistance company that proactively addresses the real-time vehicle breakdown problems of customers using deep machine learning, data intelligence, and operations efficiency. We are present across 700 districts out of 723 districts in the country. We provide breakdown services, towing services, accident recovery across India through on-demand & subscription-based models, and also all kinds of major and minor repairs on large scale to the customers. Currently, we assist both bikes & cars anytime at any nook and corner of the country. We support all the models of the brands like Audi, Benz, Landrover, Porsche, Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Mahindra, TATA, Jaguar, Nissan to name a few. We also provide on-demand support to customers in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai, Mysore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and many more. We are a preferred end-to-end vehicle care partner for a few of the world's largest vehicle rental startups, a fleet maintenance partner for large logistics Companies, a last-mile service delivery partner for global RSA companies, and a roadside assistance partner for online automobile service companies.

We operate with our exclusive mechanic fleet, we up skill and groom roadside mechanics so that they can serve upscale customers. We have been to smaller towns and helped to create local jobs by collaborating with local workshops, we train mechanics that can later become micro-entrepreneur meaning they are independent to work on their own but commit to us whenever we need them. For our customers (B2C), we provide on-the-spot accident recovery support, repair, and towing services on-demand basis without having them buy a subscription from us. Besides this, we are also planning to set up the quick lube sites at partnered fuel stations across India to support quick engine oil service & RSA in association with a leading global lubricant brand. We have opened a fully equipped large format two-wheeler and four-wheeler refurbishment centre that can service 300-450 vehicles in a day from minor to major repairs. We provide e-comm services like fixing and assembling horns, headlights, music systems, bicycles, etc. to end customers at their doorstep across India for the products purchased through e-commerce portals.

Your accomplishments, milestones achieved so far:

When we started our company we had only 20 mechanics working for us and gradually we started growing and now we have more than 800 mechanics in tier 1 and tier 2 cities of India. We have raised $1 million (about Rupees 7.3 crore) in seed funding from a clutch of angel investors in two tranches.
