Company Detail:
Stephanie Lortie is the founder of Closers International, a performance-driven company that helps online coaches, consultants, and digital entrepreneurs sell their expertise with confidence and scale sustainably through a high-ticket model.
The company specializes in sales strategy, offer positioning, closing systems and business growth, combining human connection with powerful frameworks. The signature method empowers experts to build a business that reflects their values while generating consistent results — without burning out.
Unique Selling Proposition or Competitive Advantage:
What sets Stephanie’s work apart is the balance of strategy, psychology and integrity.
The high-ticket model is tailored, not templated — no cookie-cutter scripts, no recycled funnels. Clients come to Closers International when they’re done with chaotic launches and ready to scale with clarity, structure and bold positioning.
With over $20M+ in sales generated, the approach blends neuroscience-informed techniques, conversion-focused systems and deep market insight to help clients grow sustainably — without sacrificing who they are.
Challenges Faced During the Journey:
One of the biggest challenges was choosing alignment over noise — saying no to hustle culture, to every new trend, and to "proven formulas" that didn’t match who Stephanie was or what she stands for.
She also had to overcome self-doubt, being in a male-dominated sales industry and reinventing her entire business model while becoming a mom (again).
Finding the courage to create her own methodology and build a brand around it has been the most empowering and transformative part of this journey.
Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:
Women don’t need to fit in to succeed, they need to own what makes them different.
Build a business that works for them, not one that constantly works against them.
It’s okay to go slow, as long as they keep going. Say no to things that drain their power and yes to their zone of genius.
And finally, success is not selfish. When they rise, they show others that it’s possible. Keep going.
