Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Srinivasan Ramanujam: I have been in the Training and Development Business since 2017. For every company to grow, either product or service, there should be a marketing and sales team. They are the pillars of any company. When I was approaching many companies to market our services, we are facing critical issues to make them understand what exactly we would need. So, I have started learning the Digital Marketing concepts from India's top digital marketers and then I have started applying those concepts to each and every aspect of our company's needs. That's when I have started "Realms Inc", a global digital marketing company for local industries to achieve their goal.

I, myself, an Author of two books, writer, Public speaker, author of many blogs, articles, owned monetized YouTube Channels. So, we are telling unique stories to reach out to our target audience by creating an emotional bonding. Storytelling is the strength we believe in.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Srinivasan Ramanujam: During the initial time, it was really tough to get the customer for any of the services. We have created social proof that we have done so many things in content creation, content marketing, SEO for our own websites, and all the things put in place to review by the customer. Everything is made in a transparent and seamless manner to get to know our brand value. Then, we slowly picked up the pace in getting the new client's race and we are growing slowly and steadily now.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for Realms Inc?
Srinivasan Ramanujam: In 5 years down the line, we are planning to create a few products in SaaS environment to give the same Digital Marketing Services to our customers. And will be planning to build this organization "A Billion Dollar Company".
