There were two biggest challenges that Shruti faced initially.
Being in a business that involves high value transactions and is majorly based on trust, picking the right combination team was stressful.
Business time management was the other challenge for her. As a new establishment, she had to take up many roles and donned as many hats as she could. She wished to accomplish a lot in a limited amount of time and thus was always running from pillar to post to take care of things.
Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:
A lesson that continues to inspire Shruti is Priyanka Chopra’s wise words: “The only thing you need to wear well is your confidence.”
