Shrimath solved this as the entire team lives on campus and they do not do anything other than share this knowledge. 3) Yoga Nidra is the panacea to stress but a certificate course was unavailable and they filled in that gap in 2013 by becoming the first Yoga school in the World to offer certification in the same.
