Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Shikha Dadha: I started my journey at the age 15 as a model, but was not satisfied with what I was doing because the artist in me wanted something more and better the urge to do more lead me into joining jewellery designing course. Am a certified jewellery designer and a gemmologist.
The journey then took a turn from a model to a designer. Worked as a jewellery designer for 2 years for a production house Prakash Gold Palace in Chennai but the zeal to do something more was still there and then from a designer I got into the business of jewellery. Currently running 3 jewellery stores and a wholesale office, A proud co-founder of Triveni Creations.
After setting the business for 5 successful years got into another stream of business and Namoh Electricals came into existence. An adventurous journey from a model to designer and now an entrepreneur.
The only thing that kept me going is that I believed in myself. My Moto in life is just be yourself cos no one else can be you.

Your power is in your people. Don’t build business build people and they will build the business.
Be a good listener.
Everything cannot be done by you, learn to delegate.
