Our 93+ B2B customers include employers, NGOs, hospitals/clinics, pharma, health insurance and local govt.We were named in Gartner’s Cool Healthcare AI vendors list for 2019 and Company of the Year 2019 in mHealth Category by CIO Review

Great Companies: What are the various Products provided/Services by your company?

Shelley Saxena : Our AI enabled primary healthcare platform has 3 components:

a) AI-based triage and point-of-care screening for blood, vision, diet, urine and sputum

b) Tele-health infrastructure for video consultation and second opinion

c) Asset-lite popup clinics

By integrating these 3 components, we enable delivery of comprehensive primary care at upto 50% lower cost. We monetize it via software licensing and health outcome delivery.




Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Shelley Saxena : Our key challenges are: a) Short term working capital for B2B contracts to manage 60-90 days payment cycle. For this we are lining up invoice based financing and collateral free line of credit from banks b) Identifying reliable partners to replicate our model in additional areas


Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Sevamob?

Shelley Saxena : In the next 5 years, we will increase our prenetration in India and replicate our model in other countries in south Asia and sub-saharan Africa via franchisees and resellers. We will also expand our AI portfolio to add support for more medical conditions.
