Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Gautam Dutta: During my work experience in last 34 years in brands like P&G, Onida, BPL, Eureka Forbes, Kenstar , la opala and Studds helmet from Management trainee to Vice President-sales and marketing, I understood that there are many midsize companies from 50 crore to 200 crore ,who wants to grow to a 500 crore company ,but they don't have the fund to hire professionals like me on a package of 60 l to 90l.
If i can use my experience as a consultant with my team, than it would be a win -win situation for both my consultancy firm and the manufacturer where they can pay me about 12 l to 18 l per months ,working with them for a one day in a week and ready to interact with them any time on a virtual meet.

Gautam Dutta: Initially being a startups with lot of competitors in consultancy business ,it is difficult to convince the manufacturer that how our services would help them to increase the revenue

Gautam Dutta: As we are based in Delhi /NCR in the next five years ,we want to expand and open our offices in Mumbai , Bangalore , and Kolkata in different region of the country ,We also want to expand in countries like Nepal ,Bangladesh ,Bhutan, Srilanka and Burma where they lack professionals like us.
