She leads and manages and integrates anything from the company's day-to-day administrative operations, including human resources, marketing, finance, communications, and regulatory compliance.

Roma holds a post-graduate diploma in Computer Application and Business Administration. Prior to co-founding APED, she gained extensive experience by working her way up within different industries including IT, fashion design, teaching and administration. However, she realized that didn’t care much for computers and she couldn’t sew. But eventually discovered her true passion and effectiveness acquired plus natural skills within the management sector of a creative field. Roma continues to thrive at every challenge in providing leadership related to management and admiration.
One of Roma’s most distinguished natures is her authentic desire to listen first, critically think and then translate her observations into dynamic possibilities. She finds great strength and creative inspiration in taking long walks in nature and doodling – both are activities that center and focus her.
