By Profession I am a Principal of Ryan International Academy Pune and in the education field from past 17 years. I have won many awards like Best Principal award for 3 consecutive years from SOF, Best school award, Me Padhvidhar award. I am also an Ambassador of Indian Womens club which promotes and uplifts women entrepreneurs. I run an online store of apparels and clothing in the name of Roma's Creations from past 7 years. I purchase clothes directly from the weavers and help them get the best price for their hardwork. I am also a model and have won many beauty pageant titles like Mission dreams Mrs India 2019, Mrs Wanowrie, Mrs Pune Pride, 1st runner up of Style icon of Pune, subtitle winner of Mrs Ramp walk, Mrs Photogenic , Mrs Fashion icon .I have recently won Women of Substance award 2020
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
The challenges that I have overcome to reach where I am today are that managing my family, work, profession and my extra curricular activities I had to always manage my time effectively and at the same time ensure balance in doing all my activities without my family being affected.
What message you want give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
