Ritesh Shah: Everything is start from a vision, from a dream and from a very small but an un-fluctuating hope that one day things will change for a better & large community of Electrical Industry.
I have notice that there is no dedicated B2B marketplace available in India for Electrical goods and services. We have large number of SMEs/MSMEs who are having good quality of products/services, can offer competitive price as well but unfortunately due to small team size and lack of resources they are not in a position to connect with global buyer. To bridge this gap, we have created a web platform where we are connecting global buyers and sellers in the field of Electrical Goods and Services.

Ritesh Shah: The main cause of the problem is the rigidness and slow speed of users to adapt digital technology, which was directly leading them to process in-efficiencies and reducing marketing exposure as well.
But like they say, beginnings are the hardest. No business becomes super successful fortnight. Taking it to being the problem solver for the larger industrial population of the world was not at all easy. But someone also has said that “Where there's a will there's a way”.

Based on above mission statement, we will do all kind of activity to make it possible. Currently we have register users from 20 different countries in our platform and we would like to expand the same to 50-60 countries in near future. A dream has come to reality, things have begun to change and that time is not far when each and every electrical business users (i.e. buyer/sellers) will utilize SwitchBazaar platform to solve his business needs.
