Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Ravindra S Dhande: I Loved 3DAnimation as in it I am able to create anything I want to. From the Computer hardware field, after quitting my job at HCL-HP, I did my 3D Animation on my own, since there was no other institute training across India. Later after 1 year Joint Arena Multimedia, A division of Aptech, where I got to upgrade my other skills. Within two years had a long-term vision that Multimedia is the future of the Digital Age, and the High-End computers on which we used to do Animations were called workstations, so the name Digital Workstation. And thereafter started two franchisee centers of Arena Multimedia under the name of Digital Workstation and VRD Multimedia.

Ravindra S Dhande: Initially we started with Graphics, Animation, Corporate Videos, and Web Design, Today focus is only on web-related services, that is Web Design and Development and Digital Marketing. Our Vision is " A world where all Manufacturers and Retailers are growing exponentially and having profitable business model helping boost country's economy. and Our Mission is "We want to help 1 Million manufacturers and retailers who are suffering from poor sales, low reach, low visibility, weak branding to flourish by having a profitable business, foster growth rate, and build a powerful brand image."
Great Companies: What makes Digital Workstation different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Ravindra S Dhande:
We aim to deliver the fastest service to our clients. We are working on getting their business online in just 1 day. The whole eCommerce website made LIVE in 1 day and then through social media and other means of marketing help the manufacturers and retailers grow their business 10X. So they come out of their problem of poor sales, low reach, low visibility, and weak branding and grow 10x.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Ravindra S Dhande: There is no such thing as struggles or any challenges as of now. The Digital Age is very fast, and you have solutions available for any challenge you might get on the path online itself. So whenever any challenge arises, the web is there with solutions too. The only thing is you need to have a positive mindset while handling those challenges.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for Digital Workstation?
Ravindra S Dhande: Our aim is to help our clients grow, and in the next 5 years help 1 million manufacturers and retailers also grow their business online. Leverage the power of the Digital Age and Social Media for their growth with speed and stability.
