Rashida Dairywala : Finding your niche as an entrepreneur can be challenging. There are countless businesses already in existence. I wish I could take the credit but it all came with my husband's passion for technology and our visions to make things automated in the world with our digital services and employing cutting edge technology to serve a global clientele. We believed we would excel, being ethical in our workplace - Every today. One other point, that I believe it’s an important one, It’s never about the idea, It’s always about the execution of the idea, and not everyone has the ability to execute.. While we found our Niche in working in the Genetics and Pathology sector using Laravel, the path became much more clear on what we are looking to achieve in future.

Rashida Dairywala : We live in rapidly changing times, especially this ongoing Pandemic has brought a huge hit to all types of businesses. Consider that, in a single generation, businesses have had to adapt to entirely new marketing channels (web and social), decide how to invest in and utilise new technologies, and compete on a global stage — things that were barely imaginable to every entrepreneur. One side effect of these rapid changes and growth is that no single CEO — or any employee, for that matter — can be an expert in everything. This was, perhaps, always true, but it has never been more apparent. Struggles and Challenges have been a part and parcel since day one be it in recruitment or sometimes in Funds and several other things. But we have sailed through.

Rashida Dairywala : No matter you running a small or medium business, growth is always on the forefront of your business planning. We will offer protected list prices and the option for multi-year support plans. We will Identify best practices by examining our strong performers, products and promotions and implement these practices across the company to invest in the most lucrative opportunities. My 5 year growth plan is more like having our branches in two more countries and in several cities of India along with growth in terms of our monetary goals as well as team growth.

Rashida Dairywala : -A piece of advice?. An entrepreneur must be resilient. A successful entrepreneur should be potential enough to false the comment that runs along the lines of “that’s not possible” or “that can’t be done” and should treat them as a challenge to prove wrong.
