Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea? Ramy Georges: Prime Loans is a finance brokering business that helps Australians make prime decisions with their finances. With access to over 35 lenders we're sure to find the best suited loan for your needs.How I came up with Prime Loans is quiet simple, I wanted to create an environment where clients felt safe and properly taken care, I wanted to remove that bad facade of brokers where clients felt they were all about completing a business transaction and create that warm relationship in ensuring to the client that we are there before, during and after the loan process. By doing this and offering every type of finance loan solution, we can provide clients with a full range of loan solutions.  Prime Loans caters to all types of clients (business and consumer) and for whatever finance they desire in a welcoming manner.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company? Ramy Georges: Home Loans (construction, refinance, purchase), Asset finance (all vehicle, equipment, tools), Business/commercial loans, Personal loans, property & vehicle full valuation and inspections. Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Ramy Georges: I don't like to talk bad or down on any other brokers or brokering firms, I believe everyone deserves a chance. But I can say this, we value the client and place them at the centre of everything we do, each service solution we provide is tailored to that specific client, we are very responsive, show we care and are willing to go above and beyond for the client. Additionally, we are mobile brokers, happy to go to the client and are extremely flexible and as mentioned earlier, we are there before, during and after the loan transaction in ensuring you are on the best loan solution and current rate available in the market.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face? Ramy Georges: Current industry changes, both to the banking environment and policies constantly amended by the banks/lenders. Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Ramy Georges: To show you care, willing to go above and beyond for the client, placing the client at the centre of everything you do in using that as motivation to get the desired end result of the client and most importantly, remove that business transaction barrier with the client and create an organic and natural relationship.
