Company Details
I have a school transportation business started by me and my husband more than 15 years back and we run our school bus service between mulund and vikhroli. We run private school transport services and had also supported differently abled children when my husband was alive. We provide a personal touch to all kids on board which makes us a unique service provider.
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
1. After I lost my husband, the biggest challenge for me to overcome was the family and their pressure on me to discontinue with the business.
2. Single handedly handling the business which is a world full of male staff from drivers to mechanics to rto officers paving my way through each of them and making myself strong as a man.
3. Balancing my life between my 3 kids and business.
4. Balancing finances of the business and to keep it going if not plan to expand it further.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
To all the aspiring women entrepreneurs out there: believe in yourself and find your inner strength. Learn to love your self.
To what do you attribute your success
I attribute my success to my family, my husband who laid the foundation for me, my mother who stood by me as a strong pillar, my kids for being my strength and standing by me at all times.
