Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Raksha Bhatti : The Idea was just to help and guide people around to be able to have a better healed life and authentically express themselves. So after quitting working as a Video editor and Assistant Producer I chose to start my own Brand Tarqeeb for Product line and Raksha Bhatti for personal growth and self healing programs, coaching and public speaking.

Raksha Bhatti has its core services towards simplifying healing, spirituality and personal growth. There are one on one Coaching programs, Intuitive Card reading, Relationship healing, Group Coaching and workshop with Public speaking on various topics covering Personal growth, Mental Health, Body shaming issues, spirituality and Mindfulness.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Raksha Bhatti : The initial struggle was of breaking many stereotype as I was told that I am too young, naive to start a business, I had no financial Investment so it was a quite pressure to make my business on a global scale. To work into the field of Lifecoaching and Intuitive growth it was very harsh to break the Asian barriers of wrongful information about healing, mental health and about personal growth. My products for Tarqeeb were often criticized to be overly quirky and not fitting into the norms of the society, but well I followed my passion through and here I am thriving.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Raksha Bhatti and Tarqeebs?
Raksha Bhatti : Wow, the excitement of this growing in future and now is what is most amazing, I want to go global, travel the world and conduct many such beautiful retreats talking, creating and embodying about healing ourselves in most simple yet fun way. 5 years down the line I see me being surrounded by people where I am leading them to meditate, dance and learn about life in an aligned way. Seeing Tarqeeb growing on a scale and also funding many creators like me who wants to create and start their own one of a kind business in the world.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Raksha Bhatti : I would say never underestimate what you can do and where you can be. Never settle for less and if you have a desire in your heart it means divine put that for you and they want you to experience it for real. so go for it and enjoy wherever you are now and where you are going.
