Rajat Rashmi: I was working with a multinational and I had to take a break for my daughter. But I wanted that to be a breakthrough for me, rather than being a step back. So I persevered and unleashed my true passion for writing, teaching, training and coaching.

Rajat Rashmi: I am on a mission to touch one million lives in the next 5 years and create 500 transformational women leaders. In 5 years I will have a company employing at least 100 people, who will all be working to create the same dream, but in their own unique way.

Rajat Rashmi: Envision your true purpose of life and then stay focussed to achieve it.
