Pratap Chander Rao Kambley: After working for 25 years in the field of Bearings, Lubricants, Lubrication systems and condition monitoring catering to various Industrial cluster customers, always found a HUGE gap between the Products and Service knowledge level at operating and maintenance department which was not fully supported by most corporate due to frequent changes in the orginational leadership team strategies and gap to retain experienced manpower. This Service GAP was the main idea behind our business initiative.

Pratap Chander Rao Kambley: We offer complete solution for Rotating equipment's which includes Bearing life cycle management, Ultrasound Bearing and Lubrication inspections, Lubrication management, Air leakage monitoring, Thermography inspection, Endoscopy inspection, Laser shaft alignment service, Bearing failure analysis, Root cause failure analysis, Bearing mounting and dis mounting services, On site and Class room Trainings in regional languages to Engineers and maintenance teams.

Our predictive maintenance service is the first in India using Ultrasound technology to detect the failures at very early stage, so that customers can prepare the maintenance activities well in advance before the catastrophic failure occurs

Pratap Chander Rao Kambley: We offer complete Solutions and total cost of ownership for our services which is a premium service and not all customers are willing to pay for it. Our focus also is towards the customers who see a real value engineering in our services and look for solutions to safe guard there assets.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Caravan Reliability Services?
Pratap Chander Rao Kambley: We are planning to work jointly with major OEM and End users to offer complete solutions clubbing with there products. Working with machine rebuilders to provide Proactive service as key USP. Associating with Engineering colleges and Center for learning departments to impart our customized trainings to new joinees and workmen's. We plan to creat our own brand for Reliability Services for Customers who see value in our solutions and continue to provide service opportunities and think always Caravan Reliability a a ONE STOP solution for all rotating equipment problems.

Pratap Chander Rao Kambley: Creat your OWN path and never follow others. Your path should be unique and do differently. Never compromise on Charges and dilute your Value. Your value Your Price.
