Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Prabir Sen: To explore the unexplored and offbeat destination where there are full of challenges and thrill. One satisfied tourist would bring another and make their trip memorable and to do something different from others brought me into this business.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?

Prabir Sen: Our products are darjeeling, sikkim, assam, arunachal, meghalaya and the entire seven sister states, bhutan, nepal and ladakh.

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Prabir Sen: Our products cum destination differentiate us from others. Our practical ideas from the grass root level differentiate us from other. We provide services in remote areas where infrastructure is poor and the professionalism is absent, there we provide services making us different. We supersede the gap between a traveler and the service provided by a travel agent. We are being able to do this due to our huge knowledge and hence, we are more preferable to our guests than other agents.


Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Prabir Sen: The area covered by us is a hilly area with poor network connectivity and there are political challenges. Apart from that in those areas if there is torrential rain for an hour then we also evacuate or trans-shipment of people and that is our biggest challenge. That is ingrained in our blood and we happily do this. The market has also become becomes diluted with travel agents who have no knowledge and are also not registered by the government and just have a laptop without a proper office, this is the mail challenge we face in our daily lives.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Prabir Sen: Firstly, it's research, then gather extensive knowledge, innovative ideas and their implementation and then loyalty towards the customer.
