Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Patience Ogunbona: I love to inspire women to achieve their goals and not settle for a life that is less than they desire. My own desire to achieve my aspirations had stayed with me for years. I decided to act on it, fail or succeed, I wasn't going to leave this earth not knowing. That is how Aspire-Transform-Inspire (ATI Coaching) was born. I realize that to accomplish my aspirations required a transformational journey. I knew I couldn't do it on my own, so I joined the John Maxwell Team of Coaches, where I am currently at the Executive Director Membership Level. Since leaving work and going full time in 2018, I have helped individuals take the leap and set up businesses they can be proud of. Patience Ogunbona: I am passionate about working with female introverted leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs. I help them, overcome imposter syndrome, tap into and own their unique Strengths, Adapt and Shine, Achieve their Goals and Succeed on their own terms. I provide insights that lead to life and business transformation. I tend to use a combination of Coaching, Mentoring, Training and Intuition, which gets Accelerated Results. My genius zone is taking time to understand my clients and their businesses using their DISC personality profile as one of my tools, and then coming up with a bespoke action plan that will help them achieve their goals.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Patience Ogunbona: Well at this time across the world every business is looking to adapt and thrive. Getting familiar with the use of technology is a key way to accomplish this. I am working on fully automating my processes as much as I can. This will greatly help enhance client experiences and create great workflows, which enhance my ability to work on my business as the visionary rather than in it. I am not a lover of the back office tech setup process, so I am having to dig deep to achieve this.

Patience Ogunbona: I train that there are 4 Key Areas every Business needs to focus and master and they are: 1. Mindset of the leader(CEO) and staff. 2. Messaging to speak to, attract and retain your ideal clients and customers.
