Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Nikhil Gupta: During transformation journey from Employee to Entrepreneur, I have observed the gap to meet the demand of our SMB customers in Cyber Security. In these 17+Year I have been instrumental in understanding the needs & pain points of the customer from Initial IT Priority up till Implementation. The idea of Cyber Security & Infra business is not new, however the way we are handing the pain points of our customers is what differentiate us during our conversation with customer.

Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Auxiliary Digitech?

Nikhil Gupta: We believe in long term trusted partnership with our customer to Grow Together. Our services cater organisations to Delivery business Applications or digital assets securely from cloud/On-premises/hybrid environment to the internal users. We delivered project for CASB, DLP, EDR, End Point Management, IAM, PIM,PAM, Mobile Device Management, Data Governance, Data Resiliency, SIEM, Datacentre Infrastructure etc..

Great Companies: What makes Auxiliary Digitech different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Nikhil Gupta: Our Name Auxiliary means “Providing Extra Support”. We are nurturing our Team to participate in our customers growth journey with empathy. Customer requirement for us is not only fulfilment of transaction but to resolve the issues with Learning mindset. We are always with our customers during any period of time. We never ask for requirements, we demand problem to solve & become extended arm of our customers for long term.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Nikhil Gupta: We are born in Pandemic which was struggle for the world and on the top of it the most hardest part was 2nd wave April 2021, however during the initial days reaching to showcase our services to the customers is major challenge. With consistent hardwork by the team we have balanced our approach to reach the customer & got opportunities to work. Training of our team members, Initially getting credits from the Distributors was challenging to full-fill the customer orders. We have overcome the challenges with the support of our customers, distributors, OEM’s & Team members who supported us during our initial days and now. Our customers listened us during pandemic, they trusted us by sharing their problems and awarded us the work makes us confident to Grow with them till today and in future.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Auxiliary Digitech?

Nikhil Gupta: We believe in the holistic growth for the members associated with our Organisation. We are going to take bigger challenges in next few years by expanding our team Pan India. We will invest heavily on the learning, Skill Development for our existing & up-coming team members. We are eying on becoming Technology Service Delivery Organisation for our customers in Cyber Security & IT Infra space. By considering the positivity of Indian Economy, Cyber Security/Technology Demand 100cr+ revenue is our dream for the next 10year which will bring prosperity to all the people associated with Auxiliary Digitech.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Nikhil Gupta: Invest on Learning & Team Building. Consistency, Perseverance, patience. keep good care of your fitness. 6month backup, Bank Savings….
