25 years of exp, 23 of them in Talent Acquisition. Initially with the IT/ ITeS companies across India, later diversified into Healthcare, Aviation, FMCG, FnB. Worked in the Middle East for 7 years managing hiring across 42 countries and travelling across 25 plus countries to recruit.
