Munavver Fairooze: After finishing my Industrial Engineering Masters , I worked with multiple business consulting companies who were into specific areas like Layout designing or process development . Some others were into Marketing and strategy consulting . All of them served the same audience , The small and medium family owned businesses . Over my journey , I found out that small businesses need a total solution to develop their businesses. That is how Melt & Mould Business Solutions was born in 2018 . Myself , being an Industrial Engineer leads the Operational excellence consulting and my partner,
Mr Mohammedali , is a Business strategy consultant who helps our clients in Brand building, Strategy building and Marketing . We make sure that our clients have the right kind of capabilities like strong processes , a good team and robust management systems in place for developing and implementing the best strategies that are suitable for them to strive , grow and sustain !

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Munavver Fairooze: The greatest struggle that we face right now is the misconceptions of Business owners about the consulting services. Some of them may have faced bad experiences before , but I think many of these confusions are because of lack of transparency and clear cut communications between the consultants and the business owner. A clear cut idea on the problem and the deliverables from the consultants by the Business owner is very necessary for the success of any consulting association.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Melt and Mould Business Solutions?
Munavver Fairooze: Melt & Mould Business Solutions currently have its operations mostly in South India and predominantly in the state of Kerala. We have our office based in Calicut . Although we are working with some clients in the middle east , we couldn't expand due to the pandemic . We are planning to grow by expanding our consulting services to the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia in the coming future as a first phase of development . We hope to take more talented manpower too .
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Munavver Fairooze: If you are someone who is looking to start out , I would suggest not to wait for the perfect time. In my experience , If you are ready now, you should do it today and never wait for better days to come . Something will always pull you back and there will be no perfect time for you to start .
