Challenges Faced During the Journey:
Overtime, Mumtaz realized that technical skills are not enough, having process knowledge is equally important to communicate with clients. Mumtaz’s brother in law came in like a blessing as a partner in the company and the combination of process + technical skills was amazing! iDigitize got their first client in August 2021 which motivated them and gave them the boost needed. iDigitize’s aim for the first year was to spread awareness and increase their customer base. This is extremely challenging for any new business. However, with word of mouth and social media platform - LinkedIn, iDigitize were able to reach out to wide number of audience.
Advice For Women Entrepreneurs:
One major piece of advice is to establish good relationships with customers or potential customers. Attending conferences, seminars, and events have helped in marketing for iDigitize. She also advises you to take risks and to do your best. Start a business in something you believe in and something you love to do.
