There were many unknowns throughout the first six months of her startup, as was to be expected. Her biggest problems were finding clear stand-up food pouches and organic raw materials. At the Bangalore International Trade Fair for Organics and Millets 2018, she found many of her answers. She made excellent links with organizations of organic millet farmers, pouch suppliers, and producers of food processing equipment.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of suppliers is still a problem for startups. This leads her to suppliers who work with lower volumes, which raises the cost of acquisition.

Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:

When faced with obstacles in life, act bravely, remain composed, seek out possibilities, broaden your network, and maintain contact. There is never a good time to start; just get started with what you have and where you are. The shop floor or the job both offer opportunities for learning.
